  • A upgrade Replacement printing platform-JanusBPS 235x235mm/9.2inch. This steel plate is Double-Side Coated, one side with Black Powder, another with a Smooth PEI pre-sticked, comes with a magnetic base.
  • Flexible, removable, can stick to magnetics very well. High strength and heat resistance. Compatible with Crealty Ender 3/ Pro/ Ender 3 V2/ Ender 3-S1/ CR-20/ Ender 5/ 5 Pro,Tarantula, Geeetec A10, Neptun 2/2S/2D/X, Voxel Aquila, Artilery Genus, JGmake Magic.
  • The double sides coated sheet is very easy to use, simply stick the magnetic bottom sheet onto your heated bed, then place the steel platform on the top. Both sides can be used to print, convenient. The pei sheet is pre-sticked by machine, no worry about the bubbles, please peel off the profective film on the pei surface before using.
  • Most filaments, such as pla, petg, can print directly on to the pei surface without the need for additional adhesives, tapes or slurry. Kindly note printing ABS needs a thermal insulation environment. Here're the temp of hot bed and nozzle our engineers have tested for your reference: PLA/TPU/ Wood: hotbed 50-60C, nozzle 200-210C; ABS: hotbed 70-120C, nozzle 240-250C(recommand on textured side, better with a printer cover); PETG: hotbed 60-85C, nozzle 230-245C.
  • The flexible steel PEI sheet is made of high quality spring steel that won't kink or warp when you flex them slightly! Easy to adhere to the printing surface, easy to remove the prints. Prints come off the surface easily when the temperature of the heated bed reaches room temperature. If the print is still stuck, gentle flexing of the plate will help remove it.

  • Unbelievable
ACTUALLY TWO SIDED- both sides of spring steel plate have PEI powder coating for printing. Many of the “double sided” build surfaces on Amazon are one PEI side and one untreated spring steel side (lol). Adhesion - PETG goes down and stays down within a frankly absurd z-offset tolerance of +\-0.15 with no treatment or glue of any kind. PLA works just as well. I’ve only had one instance of warp, when I was running the bed 10C lower than usual and left an AC unit blasting cold air in the room. With glass, blue tape and glue, parts could warp even in a perfectly controlled environment. Easy to remove - despite being bolted to the bed during printing, when the print is done and the bed is cooled there is no “removal”- the printed parts are just kind of sitting on top of the bed like someone gently placed them there. Magic Durability - Been printing on one side of the plate 8+ hours a day for a month, and I’ve had 1 instance of nozzle crash/priming line scrape when my bltouch failed to initialize. Still, If I handed you the sheet you couldn’t tell which side I’ve been printing on. I’m blown away by what this surface can do. I love PETG but printing it was a hassle until I got this surface. I don’t even clean it with IPA between prints, just probe level every few days and manually level once a week or so and prints turn out perfectly. The powder coating texture WILL appear on the bottom layer. If you’re looking for a clean, glassy finish on the bottom you’re not going to get it- but the texture it leaves is appealing and has its own flavor that I enjoy. (See pictures). I’ll fiddle with glass or risk my smooth PEI sheet for a glassy bottom- For functional parts and everyday objects this surface is a workhorse that performs without hiccups. Magnet is good and has not lost strength after many many hours of 80C. Honestly even if each side of this plate only lasted a month, for the price, it would probably still be a worthwhile item- however I foresee the side I’ve been printing on to last many many months, and when it wears out I’ll flip it over and start again. • PFM! Pure Freaking Magic.
Ok, first full disclosure. This is the first time I have tried PEI on a build plate. I am impressed that it walks the talk of good hot bed adhesion, and easy removal once cool. I have some very difficult Gold PLA in my collection that I was trying to print on my Ender 3 V2 without resorting to glue or hairspray. And in the end it got the better of me and I had to add some of my Magigoo that I had reserved for Nylon printing only. Not the case now, with a reasonably hot first layer bed my problem PLA prints perfect on this PEI plate. Great adhesion, and it is almost spooky that once the bed cools completely to room temp, that the part now literally slides off, even without removing and flexing the plate. FYI: I also purchased an additional plain $10 glass plate for my Ender 3 v2 on Amazon, and applied this magnetic/PEI bed to it. That way I can revert back to the stock glass bed for higher temp printing needs. The PEI steel flex bed sticks like glue to the magnetic base. I also did a slight mod where I purchased some additional stock Creality glass bed clips, and an additional plain borosilicate glass plate. The thickness of the Creality clips is less than that of the magnetic base material. After applying the magnetic base to the spare glass bed, I then inverted the Creality clips and notched out the edge of the magnetic base on two sides with an X-Acto knife to fit around the clips. . ... show more

  • Best thing since blue Made in the USA tape
Perfect fit on my Ender 3 pro. As my machine already had a magnet on the build platform changing to this was just a matter or pulling off what I had and placing this on the existing magnet. So far I have printed PLA, PETG, and PC and all stuck down beautifully but released easily was the plate cooled. I am wiping with acetone between prints to clean off the surface. The only negative is the bottom of your part will have a texture pattern if printed directly on the bed. Easily worked around by simply printing a raft. What drew me to this item was the fact it is coated on both sides. So if for some reason one side wears out or gets damaged you only have to flip it over to have a fresh surface. Almost 2 for the price of 1. ... show more

  • Terrible Bed Adhesion
The PEI side wouldn't have anything stick to anything. I troubleshooted my whole machine and it didn't work. I even swapped with and original creality one and it worked 100x better. Even the rough side didn't work really. No matter how close I adjusted printer head to the bed. Not worth the money or the time. Get a better brand. ... show more

  • Removal issues
Not a bad deal. Everything sticks well. Had issues with removal of some small parts.

  • Good quality bed sheet
This is a great 3d printer bed sheet that I am currently using with the ender 3. One point of advice I would add is apply purple glue to every print. The main issue I have is my print doesn't stick well to the bed, but the bed surface then the standard stock printer bed sheet. The way I remove the purple glue is with warm water in the sink with dish soap. Do not stretch the surface ... show more

  • Great print surface, love both sides!
Produces a very nice texture and the smooth side is perfection. Love this bed!

  • Best investment if you have a 3d printer
Best removable magnetic PEI sheet available for 3d printers. I’ve tried other kinds of them but this one has a PEI coating on it which makes it last a lot longer than the sheets of PEI stuck into metal. It’s made from a thicker sturdier metal and it’s double sided. When it heats up the pla sticks to it and when it cools down I can easily push the print off. Definitely worth the money. It makes 3d printing a lot easier. ... show more
