As far as a BASIC of all basic laptops go this is by far the simplest, and easiest to figure out and set up to you're personal preferences. I have already used it for the exact purpose I bought it for, editing PDF's...it's soooo easy. Just what I needed! It was also a very GREAT price!

    • Good Value for the Money
1. My experience so far is that it is a better value than the money I spent on it. 2. This is a great little laptop for Zoom conferencing. It plays movies just fine. 3. If you want to show movies on your tv I recommend the HDMI connection and not the Chromecast (using the cast feature in Chrome works but is not as smooth as a wired HDMI connection. 4. The speakers are terrible, they are underpowered and are on the botton of the laptop facing downward. You will need external USB speakers. I added speakers for about $12. 5. Storage space is a low 64G - You can add storage space with an SD card or use a USB thumb drive. The manufacturer says you can add an internal HDD storage device. Contact Fusion5 about this. This is a non issue if you like storing your stuff in the cloud. 6. The screen is 14.1 inch diagonally. This means it's rectangular dimensions are about 12 x 7 inches. 7. The battery lasts for about 8 hours straight through with no sleep or shutting down. Charges completely in less than 2 hours when with less than 10% battery life left. 8. The Fusion5 Lapbook A90B + Pro uses Windows 10 Pro (full features). Does not use Windows 10 S (fewer features for higher security). The Fusion5 T90B+ PRO uses Windows 10 S. 9. It comes with the Edge browser. I added Chrome and the Chrome browser operates perfectly. 10. The first time I used the USB ports they were a little tight but loosened by plugging into them a couple of times. 11. Some reviews have said that the screen top seems flimsy - I don't see it. This is a very thin ultra light lapbook. At it's thickest point it is only 3/4" thick. The screen is bound to feel less solid than some models with a thicker design. The lapbook delivered to me seemed to have adequate solidity. It feels like it will serve me for many years. 12. When I consider a price tag of about $260.00, this is an awesome little package. If you are looking for perfection out of the box don't buy this lapbook. If you are looking to get into a laptop inexpensively with a possibility of adding a couple of improvements, this just may be the ticket. THERE MAY BE FUTURE EDITS TO THIS REVIEW! ... show more

The computer arrived at my house on a Thursday and seemed to be ok. Battery showed low on Thursday night. I plugged it in and low and behold Friday morning the battery still showed like 5%. By Friday night the computer was dead. I sent a message to Fusion 5 on Friday at 3pm to let them know there was an issue. They did not reply until Monday late morning. They asked if I thought it was the charger or the computer. Said I did not know and they said they were sending me a charger. 3 days later I emailed asking where the charger was as I never received a message or tracking number letting me know it was on the way. Received charger on Thursday and plugged computer in. Long story short the charger did not work. Computer still dead. So I contact them again on Friday. Again no reply until late Monday morning. I was informed that I had 2 choices. I could go thru Amazon and get a full refund or I could send them back the computer and then they would send a new computer. Originally I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. When we bought the Laptop it was on sale for 40% off original price. By this point the Laptop was back to original price on Amazon. However Fusion 5 was requiring me to pay postage for return to Texas and would only refund $10 of said postage. Keep in mind this is a Laptop that would most definitely cost more than $10 to ship back. And I would not receive another laptop until they received old laptop. Primitive customer service at best. Finally just decided to go thru amazon and get a refund. To say the least we did not order another Fusion 5 Laptop. I do not recommend dealing with this company or their products for any reason. ... show more

Bought for work to host video meetings. Setup was standard, basic setup. No issues there. Since first use processor ran very slowly, to the point I couldn't multitask effectively. Screen would flick on/off, interrupting virtual meetings. Web cam quality was fair, on a scale of 1-10 I'd rank it 7. Sound quality ranked about the same. Overall, slow processor, fair video and audio quality, device is not sutable for professionals conducting virtual meetings daily.     • Keyboard no longer functions
I bought one for very light use for text and excel for hobby projects. It was fine for the money, but even though I've only used it for roughly 100-120 hours over two years, the keyboard has stopped functioning completely. I know how to care for technology, this isn't a case of neglect or misuse. I would have rated it a solid 4 for value, even though it feels a bit flimsy, but I really expected to get more use out of it than 23 months. ... show more
