I really like this little laptop. I bought it for work so I would have one independent from my home computer and I did not have to share a computer. It does what I need, exell, word with no hesitation. Fast and the quality of pic is good. Highly recommend for the price.

    • Touchpad/Trackpad is the only problem
I just got it and I would give it a 5, but this touchpad is not good. It's hard to click and your hands have to be in the right spot. It would be easier just to get a mouse. If you're going to buy this laptop, I would advise everyone to buy a mouse with it.

The setup was quick and easy. The quality appears to be on par with other tablets in this price range. Absolutely no issues. Very nice to get a product that simply works and works well. After several months I bought a 2nd one for business purposes. I have no complaints with these laptops.

A budget laptop with a FULL windows 11 OS, built in cam, sufficient memory and storage that can be expanded. This laptop has exceeded my expectations. The set up was quick and easy.     • Too many problems. Manufacturer knows about defects and is still selling this junk.
Price was great. but you get nothing but trouble. Sent the first one back after microsoft couldn't fix. Sending the next one back when it had the same problems and more. Spent all my time with microsoft windows support and finally just sent it back.Definitely not worth the aggravation.Manufacturer worthless. Worse they know what some of the problems are but keep selling them . Amazon should not be selling this crap. ... show more
