    • 4 stars for cost vs features. USB ports are a little glitchy.
USB ports sometimes fail to recognize devices. Also windows claims that USB ports can't supply enough current to run devices . This has happened when the only attached device was a 32G SD card. I might have to reach out to tech support.

This is my third Fusion 5 product, and can say that each one performs well. I haven't had any issues with the two tablets I've had, and this laptop is a really nice find. It is compact and sleek - it's going to be used for travel since it is so light. It was ready to go right out of the box, after setting up preferences, it charges fast, which is a nice feature. It does have Windows 11, which I am not used to, but it's good to learn something new every day. Very happy with this purchase. ... show more

I also have a Fusion5 10" tablet/laptop. It works very well as a portable windows solution for remote work etc. I haven't used the 14" laptop enough yet to provide a detailed review. The media could not be loaded. I love this laptop. It was very easy to set up. It even has an option for audio setup for those who have difficulty reading. Big screen the visual on it are great. Highly recommend

It's overrated for what it is. First of all the RAM is not expandable, which I assumed (my fault) it would be, as every computer I've ever owned was expandable. The keyboard does not have a good feel. The usb port notification (out of the box) kept popping up that there was too much draw by device, but nothing was plugged in to the USB ports. I just shut off the notification. The battery is inadequate, as it only powered for about three hours. The power pack cable is very short and I needed an extension cord whereas my old Acer, has cable to spare. I'm now out on my boat in the sea or I would return the notebook, but I can't do that now. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. From day one there were a lot of issues with the laptop: 1- usb ports would overheat when more than 1 thing was plugged and stop working 2- screen freezes 3- loud running noises coming out of it
