I wasn’t aware that I was low in Iron until I got a blood test, I tried a prescription iron pills from my doctor and they where really strong and bother me I was afraid that they could compromise my liver or kidneys, so I decide to try this candy like iron supplement to help me improve my iron levels. I just take one candy by pieces during the day so it doesn’t make me sick all at ones. I have my doctor appointment next week to check if my iron levels when up to normal or at least getting closer to where they supposed to be. I really don’t like to take medicine if I don’t need it do to possible side effects, but if I have to take it or when I have to take it, I like it as a candy to control the amount a take during the day to avoid side effects of a higher dosis that my body probably won’t be able to metabolize and it will end in my liver or kidneys. This supplement worked for me because my doctor told me I was low in iron. Check with your Doctor first before you take any supplement or vitamin to be safe. ... show more

Excellent product, it is not only delicious but it accomplish it’s mission to provide iron content in my body. I tried vegan iron supplements before, but this one is the one that works for me. All blood tests since then go well. But a tip:, some days (during the period days) I take TWO chewing gums instead of one.
