They are a lightweight compared to others which works for me since my previous one were heavier to move or lift. The color matched almost perfectly with the ones I have so I would say the pictures showed the true color. They were very easy to assemble. I would say they might be a inch lower than traditional dining chairs so make sure they match the height you need. Overall, they are comfortable, with plenty of cushion. Easy to assemble, and comfortable. Don’t know what kind of wood they are made of, but they’re lightweight, which is a plus. Hope that doesn’t detract from the sturdiness, though. Very pleased with how their classic design works well with my antique styled mahogany table.

I recently ordered a set of 4 chairs from this seller. While the chairs themselves look great and were relatively easy to assemble, I encountered a significant issue. After assembling three of the chairs without any problems, I discovered that the last chair was broken. This has left me in a difficult situation, as I now have three perfectly assembled chairs and one unusable one. The major downside is the lack of clear options for replacing just the broken chair. I do not want to return the entire set, as it would mean disassembling the three chairs I have already put together. Customer service has not provided a satisfactory solution to this problem. I ordered 4 of these chairs. They are beautiful but one of the chairs has one leg that is shorter than the other causing it to wobble significantly. It appears my only option to resolve this issue is to take apart and return all 4 chairs, which is not ideal.
