The media could not be loaded. Seems good. My tweenager asked for a gaming chair for Christmas. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble (with a couple of short stretch breaks). (I made sure to check that I had all the pieces and that none of the cushions were torn before starting assembly, especially since the box arrived late and damaged.) Assembly tip: I learned from assembling our bar stools, if you have a few screws to put in during a single step, screw them all in only about halfway to keep the fixture able to wiggle to line up all holes, before going back and tightening them all, that helped me with assembly of this chair too. Seems good/as listed. Footstool on ours is very tight/hard to pull out... Maybe I screwed something in too tight? Not sure. The rest all worked. It goes up and down, back can recline. Massaging pillow is one speed/on and off only. I thought it was comfortable to sit in. I accidentally bought 2 different gift bags from the dollar tree .. the 'bike bag' fits it perfect. Even though he knows what he's getting (had to make sure he knew that at the cost of these chairs that's about it for presents for him/he'd be okay with that) it's fun to find a bag big enough to wrap it :) ... I'm not sure how long it'll hold up, I guess we'll see bc we're keeping it ... show more

I been looking for the gaming chair so long ago because for my son Birthday. I want to surprise him. I waited a couple weeks to review this chair so I would be able to give an opinion. It's comfortable enough for long sessions at the computer, Because my son also is remote leaning at home. He really like the foot rest, so he can lay back and game. The product definitely gets high marks for back and neck support. But the only small problem is that the leg rest if you pull it too far, it may fall off sometimes. Then I found out because I didn't put the black rubber ring that holds it in place. Great for gaming and studying. It was overall easy to put together. ... show more

It took about 45 mins to put together by my self, make sure you put in all screws and then tighten everything once all the screws are in. I love the sleek design definitely a quality chair for the price. Came in about 3 days (without prime) I would say it was packaged well and the instructions were fairly easy to follow. The led light definitely have a nice glow to them. The little massager is great. But I am disappointed that the company still has not emailed me back it’s been about 4 days. ... show more

The chair is fairly comfortable for what I expected from it, but after one month both armrests felt loose. And today just under 2 months my left one completely dislodged and is dangling. Can’t be more disappointed and recommend not taking the chance.
