This laptop works great, but is made from thin plastic and does bend a bit under its own weight when held up by one hand. It's fast enough to do ps1 emulation in 3x resolution, and possibly PS2 as well, but so far I haven't gotten it to run at full speed all the time, but I'm still tinkering with settings. Screen is great, keyboard with backlight is good, though I do seem to type a little less actually than on my old laptop. Some of the keys around the number pad are in non-standard locations, so it's not possible to do 10 key work at full speed. Part of my issue with typos might be from the fact that, because there is a number pad, you actually have to have your hands off center for normal typing. I hadn't considered this before, and i might not get a number pad in the future because of that (maybe just a Bluetooth 10 key would be better for me). But all that said, it lasts for 3 plus hours gaming, and 6 or so hours doing email and work stuff and it's got a light up keyboard for working in the truck in the early morning, and it was 300 bucks. All of those add up to a VERY good deal overall!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It makes laugh every time I turn this good, inexpensive laptop on. I purchased this laptop strictly for online college classes I am taking. I was looking for something that was reasonably priced, lightweight and large enough to watch streaming videos and lectures on. I prefer to use desktop computers and a full size keyboard but this computer makes it easy to feel like I am not compromising my comfort. I also like the backlit keyboard because I have issues with my eyes and it although I can type fairly well, having the function keys illuminated makes it much easier to use. I cannot speak for the quality and speed of the processor, but because this is really just a secondary computer for me, I haven't tried gaming on it and in my limited experience of having teen children who both have gaming computers, they advised this is probably not ideal for hardcore gamers. It charges quickly and stays charged for several hours. In all, it's a great inexpensive laptop for those on a budget. ... show more

I highly recommend this computer. It is a good sized laptop with excellent picture quality. Easy to set up easy to use. It’s my son‘s first laptop and he uses it for school. He’s going to use it for gaming and he is really excited about it. Unlike some laptops, this one has not overheated. The touchpad is large and easy to use. It takes a minute to warm up but works great after. Haven’t used it a whole lot just yet, so I am hoping it continues to maintain it’s first impression. So far, so good. ... show more

Only thing I will say that I disliked about the laptop, Unfortunately it came missing screws which is not that big of a deal because you can replace the screws and also I would recommend if you are serious gamer to get the laptop in a lot more storage, because it’s absolutely amazing for gamers. The battery life is very long in regards to playing games and constantly using the laptop. Definitely a great buy for the price that I paid. I bought this FunYet 16" pro computer to replace my old Dell 15" ..... The computer coms packed quite well and is very sturdy material. It arrives within four days from Kirkland, Washington. The screen is very bright and has good definition and contrast. The keyboard is the standard, and the keys are clean and responsive. Here are the negatives: (1) The battery does NOT last as advertised; the battery barely lasts 3 hours, and when turned off at night, loses 50% of its power when opened up the next morning. (2) there are no HDMI ports (3) There is no SD card slot (4) The power port is too close to a USB port and hard to use due to its proximity. One will need to purchase additional devices to accommodate these slots, or even an extender to support multiple attachments. ..... I emailed customer support as to the battery issue, and their answer was, "My computer does the same thing". Since this unit is only 10 days from purchase, I will update in a month or two ... PS. I purchased an extended 4-year warranty to cover my Funyet, as they have NO representation in the USA. UPDATE: I have now had a lot more time on this Funjet computer, and the cooperation from Customer Service is quite lacking. The battery will not stay full at all and drains down to 64% overnight with the unit turned off. The computer skips when you are trying to load an address or even insert a URL address. I am very concerned about service if this Funyet computer need work. We need to have customer support in the USA; not in China. I will be returning this unit to AMazon for a full refund. ... show more
