Had this pool set up for just over a month, then the seal on the inside of the drain has failed and has a large tear causing water to completely bypass this seal and pour out around the drain on the outside of the pool. Currently trying to get a warranty replacement for the liner, shall see how that goes. Complete waste of money considering they will not reimburse me for the water or the chemicals I've already used to treat the water. Will not buy this brand again. ... show more

Somehow we got this pool on a day that it was $259 and wow! Great pool! Easy to put together and quality for the price cannot be matched! We got the 14'x48" and we have had up to 6 people in the pool. We have had no issues with leaks thankfully!

We got this pool in May, we put it up and everything was working great. Till it started to leak from a hole. We called the customer service and said that they don’t have liners anymore but we can send you your money back. The pool is now triple the amount for what we bought it for and is refusing to even send me a pool back. They also said we only keep a small amount of liners for warranties and said there was nothing more they could do anymore! This pool was only used for 2 months!!!! They don’t stand behind warranties!!! Don’t by this pool you will regret it and if something happens you won’t get another!!!! Horrible custom yet service, horrible pool!!!! ... show more

What you need to know… This is my 2nd pool purchase , I kept my last one up for 3 summers no issues great for kids.. You will need to upgrade the ladder especially for safety, you will also need to upgrade the filter and pump due to the high volume of water along with bugs that fall inside every day. Expect to spend an additional $400 - $600 if you want to do it right.. The pool with then be well worth it.. ... show more

All in all It's a good pool only if you get it at a good price. I'd say around $300 and you will be happy with your purchase. The leak can be stopped if a person is willing to think out the box a bit. I had the leak everyone is complaining about and I was able to find a solution but if I paid full price for this pool with a defect so bad I would not be happy or could never tell anybody to buy this pool. If a person is lucky enough not to have the leak defect then 4 stars. ... show more

Just AWFUL. I really liked the looks of the pool and just the right size, but there is already a big FLAW. The inside seem around the bottom drain has already acquired a gap or hole and the pool is leaking. I have only had for about a month. I have had other above ground pools and have never had this happen. Very disappointed, there is no way to patch that. Was sent 2 more liners that all did the same thing. I waited till this summer to put up the last one that was sent and tried to patch before put water in it, bit is still leaked. Very bad product and will never get my money back because they still keep sending me bad liners!!!!!😡 Wendy Prewett ... show more

It's wonderful! Easy set up and the pump does a super good job of keeping the pool clean. Plus it came with everything I would need, vacuum, net, ground cover, top cover, ladder, etc.
