The media could not be loaded. Some of the figurines are poorly balanced and fall over easily; Lupin specifically I had to use a penny under his heels to get him to stay upright at all. Overall, I did really like this set, I just wish they came with a wider base or stands like full-size Funkos so they wouldn’t fall over so often. I also feel like they did a good job with the character diversity, but it seemed odd to get two different Harry’s and Hermoine’s but only one Ron. Malfoy and Snape are the closest to the Dark Wizards you get: no Voldemort or Bellatix. I was a bit disappointed to not get Sirius, as he’s one of my favorite characters. Someone mentioned duplicates in another review… can confirm you get George and Fred that are identical except for the letter on their sweater (duh! 😂). Whomever made that complaint is obviously not actually familiar with the series at all. Overall, happy I got it, loads of my friends are saying they’ll get it next year. Just wish they’d make some improvements and do different characters! ... show more

I am a Harry Potter fan since the books and the movies came. From time to time I like to collect some cute items. This was a great gift my husband bought me! Every day from the 1st to the 24th day of the December month, I “opened” a little cardboard perforated door on the advent calendar “box” and would find a plastic maroon colored pouch with a surprise Funko Harry Potter figurine.i looked ever so forward Everyday for my surprise pre-Christmas gift! Each figure brighten my day and put a smile on my face. The only thing I had a problem with is that two of the figures was not very clear as to who they were. I wish there was either a chart or letter inside the calendar at the end that I could cross reference to be sure as to which Harry Potter figure I was looking at. I’m on day 15 and only 4 are new to me every other one was a repeat and I really am disappointed! I’m not even ganna order next years if this is how it’s ganna be it’s a waste of money Update: after seeing other reviews of them missing days I opened mine I left them wrapped but I did count and I had all 24 days and none were missing my but one was empty because it had moved in the shipping process so I just put it back in it’s spot So I guess it just depends if the factory messed up the packaging on certain boxes because mine came with all 24 days I absolutely loved this so far! The only bad thing was the release date kept getting pushed back so I waited over a month instead of a week but it came within 4 days of its release date and it came in perfect shape with no damage or anything I haven’t opened it yet since I’m using it to count down till Christmas but the outside is amazing so far ... show more

My nieces were very excited about the Harry Potter advent calendar but when they opened the first door it was empty! They tried to make light of it saying it must be under an invisibility cloak but they were very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing as a gift Update: There were 2 characters in the Day 13 slot. They have really been enjoying the calendar and I have to say, the characters are very cute! ... show more

The Harry Potter Funko Pop Advent calendar is the gift that keeps giving. My son (age 12) was gifted this advent calendar from his grandmother the first of December. Although quite pricey (little too pricey) my son was super excited to see what character he was going to get next. Daily he got to open a window with a very small (about 1.5" in size) character inside. Each one was protected in a small sealed bag. We were quite surprised and pleased to see some pets that were fuzzy. My one complaint is they are top heavy with tiny feet so we have two that do not stand. If you bump the table or shelf they will all fall. He also did not get any of the bad characters including "the one we must not name". No duplicates except 2 Harry's dressed differently and 2 Hermione's dressed differently. Then you will see two of Ron's brothers. All in all we are pleased with it. He would love another for next year. ... show more

This would be a great product if not for two things... 1. If this is your first time buying, gifting, using this product, you're good to go. If you are a repeat buyer like myself, as others have said.... LOTS of repeats from past year's advent calendars. From what I can tell, only 2 "new" characters. 2. My box arrived with one missing pack. This problem goes back to the factory that did the packaging. One individual pack was completely sealed but empty. This tells me that during assembly, one toy didn't packaged. With that said, luckily this particular advent calendar won't be used as is since I remove them and put them into a heirloom advent calendar that we own. My advice to people purchasing for your kiddos, be sure to check and make sure all of the individual packs are intact. I would hate to see a little one get short changed. ... show more

    • Funko Harry Potter Advent Calendar Hard to Find
I get one of these every year in order to expand my collection of these Funko Harry Potter figures. These are about 2 inches each and fit perfect on Ikea shelves that have a little ladder attached to them and hang on the wall (I believe in the kid's section-sorry I do not know the name and can't find it). My only disappointment is that they sell out before they are released (the HP Advent Funko) so you have to order as a pre order. This year the shipping date keep changing and it barely arrived before Dec. 01 when the original ship date was suppose to be in October (I believe I got it on Nov. 20). Very durable product, figures are well made and I just love this product. It is expensive though. But, if you are a die hard Harry Potter fan, it is worth it. ... show more
