I have had many artificial trees, and managed to keep a few them for a few years. I have higher hopes for this one! It is SO sturdy and easy to assemble - and it is simply gorgeous. It is full enough that if you don't want ornaments, it would be fine, but there is space enough for decades of collectibles if you are like me (my earliest ornament goes back to 1961 from my Grandma). I would recommend wearing a long sleeve tee shirt and cotton/lycra gardening gloves to "fluff" the branches - start in the back and move forward, and "messy" is OK... Like Mother Nature. I've included a wide picture so you can see scale... This IS a large tree. My hope is that the company makes a 6 or 7-footer in the future so my children can all buy one! My remote didn't work (though the foot pedal did, so I knew the lights were fine) and the company sent a replacement the same day - and it works beautifully. The ability to change from colored to white lights, to blinking and/or fading lights makes this fun for families with small children. We are fans! ... show more

I recently purchased an artificial Christmas tree and I am beyond impressed with it. The delivery was incredibly fast, arriving the very next day. The first thing that struck me about this tree was the built-in lighting. It saved me the hassle of untangling and arranging lights, a task I always dreaded. The lights are evenly distributed, providing a warm, cozy glow that really brings out the festive spirit. What's truly remarkable is the realism of the tree. The needles, though artificial, have a lifelike quality to them, especially from a distance. They have a natural-looking color and texture, making it hard to distinguish from a real tree unless you're really up close. Setup was fairly easy. The tree looks pretty good, although the center pole is visible. There are so many colored lights that the ornaments are nearly invisible and are almost unnecessary. The remote works well and easily changes the lighting. Ornaments do show up when the lights are white. All in all a good tree for the price and it comes with a storage bag. ... show more

Excellent customer service. We are extremely happy with our experience and the quality of the tree. The first tree we received had some scratches on the pole and other shipping damage. I contacted seller through Amazon and they responded back that they where sending out a new complete new tree and a replacement lower portion so we could give the other tree away if we choose. I was really surprised they didn't want the first tree returned and that they sent out the replacement part for the original tree. We have never had an artificial tree before, because we always thought they looked too fake. Quality has really improved over the years. The tree looks beautiful and full and plenty of lights which you can change from cool white to multi colored or combo/alternating, flashing, or fading with multiple choices with the included remote. Beautiful tree, just what we were looking for, best value for the money. Easily put together and connected, lights are nice and bright. The tree arrived with a broken remote , I was able to reach them and they replaced the remote without hesitation. Most tree companies you are not able to contact any one in customer service, they answered right away with a real person and solved my problem with in a few minutes. The media could not be loaded. We bought this tree after Christmas so we could get a better price. We set it up prior to putting it away until next season and one of the sections was not lighting up. I contacted customer service. Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had!!! They sent me a replacement section priority mail along with a free 12 inch tree. It’s so cute! They also sent me a battery for the remote so I didn’t have to worry about going to buy one. Everything is working wonderfully and they assured me if anything else goes wrong, they would take care of it. It’s a beautiful tree and has a multiple settings. I haven’t fully fluffed it yet so I know it’ll be even better next Christmas! Can’t wait! Great tree, Great Price, and Great Customer Service! Doesn’t get any better than that!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This Christmas tree is really big impressive. Definitely recommend. Got a lot of compliments on it. The light options are beautiful love the options that go from white to color. Best of both worlds. I ordered it a little late and was it supposed to come in mid Dec but arrived 4 days early! The remote control came damaged and I called customer service and they were so helpful, sent me a new remote with a battery included and a small 12 in birch tree gift which is also beautiful and I got a lot of compliments on as well and keeping it on the mantel all year. The tree is 10 ft comes in 4 sections. It’s a little heavy but I was able to build the whole thing alone with the exception of the two bottom sections which I needed my husband to assemble bc it was heavy.
