This review is for the Abdominal Binder Post Surgery for Men and Women, Postpartum Belly Support Wrap Support Recovery Band, C section Tummy Tuck Herina Recovery Compression Belt (Black, Plus Size). So I'm trying yet another over the counter back brace. This one caught my eye due to it has the extra straps that come around from the back to further tighten it after you have it on with the wide main portion alreaady on. It's a nice soft comfortable fabric that dooes breathe so it doesn't make me hotter, which is huge for me as I'm always hot! It closes with good velcro and it's pretty stretchable. After you have the main part adjusted/closed around you, then you takee the other smaller attached stretchy straps and pull them around to further customize the compression. These straps are attached at middle in the back, they are straps not strings, they hook with velcro too. This is comfortable to me, it has no boning in it, and easier for me to get on than many I've tried. I'm a short handicapped woman, I have trouble getting these braces to fit me properly as I need the compression down in my very low back/around my hips. Most of these braces ride up on me, but this one though not perfect, stays down better where I need it than most. So I've had a very nasty flareup with my back that is so bad I had to go to the ER. I'm now having to get more steroid epidurals in my back, have seen a new neurosurgeon and looks like I'm headed for needing another major back surgery which I don't look foreward to! I have an appointment for a custom made back brace but can't get in for that until August, so in the meantime I'll be making due with this brace during physical therapy. Picking the right brace is a very personal thing as each person is different. But this one is worth giving a try. I've worn this for 8+ hrs at a time and it's comfortable. For the regular price $28.99 per the listing seeing as how it's at least helping somewhat I feel it's worth it. You can wear this under or on top of clothes. I absolutely love this! It fits well and has multiple places where you van customize the fit for exactly what you need. I wear this now for heavy lifting and strenuous activities, but also sometimes when working at my desk or doing more sedentary things because it feels so nice and comfortable and ot takes so much pressure off my stomach muscles! ... show more

It’s adjustable and allows for various sizes. It allows for more support or less through the Velcro strap adjustments. Easy to use and comfortable. Just need an undershirt as the tags tend to scratch the skin.

For being under $30 I really don’t have anything negative to say about this belly band. I’m a few weeks postpartum and have been using it as much as I can and it holds everything in for you while you heal and allows you to strengthen your core at the same time. The quality is better than I was expecting for the price point and it’s easy to get on and off. I would call this a body shaper instead of belly support, since the latter name suggests we ate too much instead of had a baby.
