Customer support is non-existent. We have a fully constructed non fully functioning desk. The desk is stuck in the lowest position and will not rise. We’ve utilized specific self help aids that correspond to specific error codes to fix issue. This includes multiple YouTube self help videos. And, we are still fully stuck in the same position. I located, and, then called the only customer service number that the company makes available. Guess what? I was fully surprised to find that the number connects to Belgium (no prompts in English. Spanish, or, any of the other countries where this product is sold). ... show more
