Paint on bunk beds is peeling off straight from the boxes. No holes drilled on parts. Directions are terrible. This bed is not for the faint of heart. We’ve been trying to get this crap put together for hours. Amazon needs to remove this seller and their faulty goods. Do not buy!!!!

When putting this monster of a bed together I had to of the poles that hold the mattress that did not have the drill holes for the screws. The company did not respond. I ended up having to find a local place that could fix them for me. Besides that we love the bed. It is a big space saver.

The media could not be loaded. We have 5 kids and live in a 2 bedroom apartment and this bed was perfect for us!! Everyone has their own bed now. The kids love it!! It does come with a slide but there room is too small for all that. But I will say very sturdy great material, was hard to put together but me and my husband figure it out. ... show more

I like that the beds, stairs & desk are all separate so it will make easier to move & reconfigure if wanted but there are lots of showing bolts, gaps in drawers & basically the finished product isn’t the best visually. It was also quite tedious to build and there are no pre drilled whines for bed slats so lots of elbow grease. But for the price, you get what you get. My boys still like it. ... show more

Very disappointed to go through all the steps except the last two just to find out three parts labeled #28 were not there. And it’s the supports for the top bunk shelf. So it’s important if you don’t want a giant hole at the end of the top bunk. Parts were also miss labeled. Get your own Allen wrenches cause the ones provided were slightly smaller then the bolts and kept stripping them. Also good luck getting help from Amazon cause they will just send a whole new bed. After you take everything down and ship it back just for three small support bars. I will say Inside one of the boxes came a paper that says for replacement parts go to a gigacloud technology dealer. No email..no number…no dealer info. good luck finding one of those. Hoping this review gets me help so I don’t have to DIY A BED I PAID FOR. Also the support bars for the bed are dollar tree quality. They bow very easily. ... show more

Very sturdy. A bit of movement in the loft bed but the other two are quite sturdy. Assembly was time consuming but pretty straightforward. I was about to do it by myself. Our room is a bit small so the slide in its original configuration would have been too close to a wall. I moved the slide to the other bed and moved the ladder next to it.
