I truly love this jacket. Purchased it in 2020 and it had been my favorite. Fits perfect. Last weekend I forgot it was hanging on the side of the boat to dry when we took off to the boat ramp. This is a snug fit with very little stretch. It is within the lower limit of the sizing range so if your measurement is on the higher limit of sizing range it will not fit. Product is well built but runs small and very little stretch.
