I see a lot of comments about these handy husbands having a difficult time putting this bed together and I think they might have been given the title with bias. I put it together alone in 30 minutes. It’s a great bed frame so if you’re on a budget, starting out or starting over then this is the right call. I personally purchased this for my guest bedroom and couldn’t be more happy with it. If you are older or also purchasing for a guest bedroom and your guests are older then I’d include risers in my thought process as this is low (I wanted this look as it makes a smaller room look more roomy). There was a slight scrape in the fabric but nothing I cared enough to bother customer service over or that you can notice unless you’re that bored. ... show more

Very solid bed frame. Nicely constructed and very easy assembly. So happy this was able to be shipped to my APO box. I was able to get an American sized bed frame to Japan! Thank you so much. Alignment holes are great, the fit of the slats is pretty tight but that probably a good thing. The size of the bed is perfect for my American queen mattress. The height is nice and I can still just jump in bed. There is zero noise during our extra curricular activities as well lol. ... show more

For the price, this bed is nice looking and perfect for my guest room. The 1000lb limit seems far fetched. Don’t think I’d put 2 large adults on this. It’s a VERY lightweight bed. The legs at the foot of bed are small, lightweight, hollow plastic tubes that just screw into the little footboard, the slats are fairly flimsy and the headboard wobbles no matter how tight you screw the bolts in. That being said, if you’re on a tight budget and not a large person, this is a cute bed. I wouldn’t trust it if you’re putting it in a rental for clients to use and/or have large family members. By far, whomever made the instructions and parts was exceptionally thoughtful. This bed was very easy to build as all parts were labeled perfectly. I would strongly recommend not purchasing this item unless you are willing to hire someone to put it together, which I did and was told it was a substandard bed frame. Strongly recommended not placing any weight ( ie mattress) upon the frame. This bedframe did not come with any instructions and when I spoke with Amazon, I’ve received no assistance. All of the pieces to stabilize the frame were not included. I would strongly recommend not purchasing this item. ... show more

I shopped headboards and found I could get a platform bed for the same or less money. I decided to give this one a shot based on the reviews and I’m glad I did. It arrived in 2 days in great condition and was easy to assemble…and that is coming from someone who loathes to assemble things! My 16 year old daughter helped and barely needed to look at the directions. Everything was labeled and easy to understand. The only problem we had was the screw at the footboard was not “anchored” and we had to glue it in so we could actually screw in the screw without it just falling right out.
