Boxes were damaged in shipping. The product didn’t seem affected. Went together well. Took some time though. NOTE: follow instructions to the tee and it will all fit together good. I glued each joint and wooden dowel rod.

Looks cute. Took a long time to get together. And then broke 2 slats in the first use. The rest doesn’t seem like they will last much longer. It’s cheap particle board. I bought this for when my grandchild visits, I am not sure I would let an adult sleep on this, not really comfortable with a 50 lbs child sleeping on it. ... show more

This item was shipped in two big heavy boxes. The boxes came ripped to shreds, and I feared that the items inside were broken. Much to my surprise, all was well except for a few minor chips. Not enough of a reason to return the item. Everything was packed well. Seemed like a daunting task at first, however, following the instructions step by step proved to be easy. It took me about 8 hrs, taking breaks to build, but this 60 yr. old did it by herself. No man required. . I'm very happy with the result. ... show more
