This mattress is a great value for the money. It was time to get our son a bigger bed but we needed to be economical and tried this one in a 8" full size. It was delivered fairly quick and vacuum sealed in the box. The customer service was great and they also provided information in the box of how to best open and let the mattress rise along with an opener to help safely open it. It had no smell upon opening and took about 48-72 hours to fully rise. We did need to loosen the inner covering in the corners a bit to help in rising. We also loved that while it was doing it's thing, we were able to take off and wash the outer cover. It was so easy to get on and off and is super soft. Once we were able to put it on the bed, my son fell in love with how comfortable it was. As an adult sitting or laying on it to test it out, it gave good support and was comfortable. It was also the perfect depth and fit for out bed. We have now had a few weeks of our son choosing his bed over the couch for his restful nights and we would definitely use this company again. ... show more

Got a queen size mattress. It’s really soft and firm. Slept like a baby. No more back aches. Took about 24hours to get to its original form but I let it sit for 48hours. I do suggest removing the mattress cover so that all the corners can inflate properly and evenly. I also flipped the mattress over to level it out. I was really excited when my mattress arrived in just one day. I opened it up and saw some lumpiness but I let it expand for 48 hours as recommended hoping it would fill out. However, when I finally laid on it, the mattress was very lumpy, with most of the filling concentrated in the middle, making it feel like a mini hill. The edges were so low compared to the middle that if you laid near them, you'd roll right off. I tried sleeping in the center for one night, but I woke up around ten times as I kept rolling off toward the sides. By 2 AM, I had enough and switched back to my old mattress—exactly what I wanted to do at that hour. Now, I'm looking to return it, but I'm not sure about the return policy. It seems like most of these mattresses are difficult to return. The only thing I liked was the firmness, so I hope this was just a one-off issue for other buyers. ... show more

Very lightweight product. Very easy to move around. I let it sit for 48 hrs before first use. It is firm yet soft. It is very comfortable and great quality. There was a slight smell when first opened but I have a very sensitive nose. No one else could smell it unless they put their face right against the mattress after first opened. Easy to follow instructions and great packaging. My daughter loves it and am planning to replace two more of my kids mattresses with this one. ... show more

This is my first time buying a bed in a box and well I followed the directions I waited almost 78 hours for it to expand and the bottom corner did not expand correctly as you can see in the picture and it's driving my OCD nuts it visible and there right in front when you walk in my room. I don't even know how I would even return it I don't know if I would purchase another mattress in a box. Other than that it feels nice on my back it's comfy hopefully I can get over that corner. ... show more
