The media could not be loaded. It came with very nice packing, and it was very easy to open and put on the bed - even with only one person. It came with a very fancy knife, with protected and sharp blade, easy to cut the bag - and then you will see the fantastic self inflation - you could imagine how comfortable it could be as it takes so much air! For $150, this was absolutely a great mattress purchase. Quality and comfort both top notch. Perfect middle ground between super soft and extra firm. (not a fan of mattresses I sink into or feel like brick slabs) extra bonus, didn't arrive with any weird odors like some furniture items tend to have for a day or two. Minor Issues: 1. Light brown stain immediately noticed after opening. (see pic) Since the wrapping was already ripped in that specific area, I choose to believe its transfer from the brown shipping box. Which arrived torn up and beat to hades. 2. Use their provided cutter (envelope opener) with caution. You may end up puncturing holes in the mattress. Lastly, not a complaint, be advised package will pop open like a can of biscuits so watch where you stand. Maximum inflation is instant. INSTANT! Seriously, nearly got knocked to the floor. 😂 Enjoy! ... show more
