Pretty good 'bed in a bag' for the price. Everything is 100% polyester which lends a slippery feel to the sheets. The comforter slides around as you move at night, so you will find yourself readjusting it each morning so you (and your spouse/partner if you share your bed) each have a fair amount of blanket. Both myself and my husband like the dark grey color of the set. There's no real embellishment to the sheets but the comforter has the ruching to it. It's enough to add interest and keep everything from being too blah. The fitted sheet is deep pocket (yay!) which fits mattresses up to 16". This fitted sheet also has the extra strip of elastic at each corner, kind of like those sheet clips you can buy, to help keep the sheet in place. If you toss and turn at night, these extra elastic straps are a godsend. They are awesome at keeping fitted sheets in place even if they are at the max depth for fitting the mattress (and any mattress toppers). Fitted sheets STAY in place instead of bunching up underneath you or in the center of the bed. Be warned though if you have cats - the comforter material is a snag-fest for claws because of the texture. It seems to get caught up in their little toe beans when they are kneading a spot which causes their claws to get caught which then causes the cats to tug on their paws to free them. Even though we keep their nails clipped, the stinkers still have put their share of snags in the fabric. Luckily the snags are tiny and can mostly be worked back into the fabric. We've had no runs or holes or anything, just the general snag maintenance that is par for the course when you own a clawed beast with an outrageous appetite for destruction. Laundering is easy and we've not had to deal with any shrinkage or fading. Skip the highest heat settings on your washer and dryer as this can damage polyester, though. I wouldn't mind ordering this set again in the light grey as it would go well mixed with the dark grey set. It's a good value for the price and we've had zero issues with the quality of construction. No loose threads, no compromised seams, no uneven stuffing even after laundering, no unevenly sewn edges. For $60 (current price with the 10% off coupon), it's a quick and simple way to update your entire bed. ... show more

This is all you will need for a bed. It is lightweight so you can use it for every season just add a blanket or two underneath in fall and winter. I washed it once and as in the pictures it is still nice looking. The color is a light sage green and only one of my photos showed the true color. It isn’t as fluffy as in the original pictures more flat. All of the fabric especially the sheets are super soft. All four corners have an extra elastic piece to keep the corners from coming off. I’m not totally sure why only one of the shams have a ruffled edge other than layering pillows but I like the pocket pieces. The pillow cases also have a flap to fold over so your pillows don’t come out. I purchased a queen size and it fits great. I think this set is pretty and VERY affordable! Recommend! ... show more
