One of the pre-drilled holes in the steps had a small crack. When I went to tighten the screw it caused the crack to spread. Thankfully, it is on the side up against the bunk bed. Overall, seems sturdy. My son wouldn’t sleep in his bed until I got this put together. Now, he sleeps in his bed every night. Very difficult to assemble. Directions are horrible. Too small and very difficult to read. Many screw holes don’t line up. Be prepared to improvise.

Kids love their new bunk bed. I may love it even more.So much fun watching my 9 and six year old slide down. The storage is amazing. Paid for set up which took 3 hours, very happy we paid for set up.

extremely disappointing. Wasted a whole day assembling this product for the whole stairwell and with defected parts. product is made of cheap ugly wood with easy-to-break dowels. i don't feel my kids would be safe on this product. i want my money back
