Ordered Large coz it measured large according to the guide, and also my other helmet also fits large. This one's pads are too thin and soft, and is a very loose fit. I missed the return window. Also tried to reach the seller to order a different size of pads but no option to resch the seller or order just the pads in different size. Also the quality is fickle. I measured my head as per the directions and it was too big for my head. Still a pretty cool helmet so I'm gonna add extra padding to make up the difference. Tint is hard to see through sometimes (makes vision yellow shaded), impossible to see at night so don't get caught out late if you have to go fast or anywhere without lights. Reached out to seller and was offered a refund to purchase another visor. I was upset about having to do that so after some back and forth the seller just refunded my entire purchase. So Updated my original review from 3 to 5 stars. So to the seller thanks for understanding the inconvenience. Love the helmet, but the call visor wasn’t clear at all. It had gray swirling obstructions blocking the view. Product doesn’t give you an option for replacement just return and refund which is why I’m writing this with the hopes of getting a replacement clear visor sent to me instead of returning the entire helmet.
