The media could not be loaded. I was initially skeptical about ordering this product due to the lack of detailed reviews. However, I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations! It effectively targets all the right spots with sufficient strength and flexible movements, easing even the most stubborn knots, particularly around the shoulder blades and lower back. The Calf Roller feature is a godsend and was one of the main reasons I chose this product. The interface is user-friendly and quick, and the 24 provided programs are comprehensive. There are a few minor issues, such as the SL track only extending to the beginning of the thighs. Also, when setting up the mobile app, be aware that the password only supports alphanumeric characters and does not seem to support special characters. Despite these minor issues, the chair excels in other areas with features like the heating function, air purification, and a gentle rocking feature in the sleep program. These features make you quickly forget about the app and the supposed ‘AI speech control’. In my opinion, this chair offers features comparable to products that are twice the price. I'm pleased that I took the plunge on Prime Day and saved 33% in the process. 🎉 ... show more
