This massager is really handy; has good bribration point and intensity. Also has some pre assigned programs with different arrangements and vibration intensity. It can be laid flat on floor or bed,eventhough set it on top of a couch. Also it has a manual pump about half way the massager where you can pump up to help your back support ... show more

I live with chronic pain. I have bought and tried multiple products with the hope of getting some relief. I'm really glad that I found this mat. It has many excellent points. The first being I can use it laying down or sitting in a chair and it covers important pressure points on the whole body. It does have heat though it only heats in the lower back/hip area of the mat. It has multiple vibration presets but it also allows you to adjust the areas you want to vibrate. On days where i need extra lumbar suport it's as easy as pumping up the attached balloon to the right comfort level. If I could make one change to the mat it would be to make the time cycle longer then 20 min. Despite this I enjoyed it so much I also bought it for my dad who had back surgery a few months back and he has also said it has helped with the pain as well as helped loosen some of the muscles in his back and hip. ... show more

    • This thing vibrates STRONG. Love it.
I find the 4th setting is my favorite, material feels great. What's not to like? Apparently the other brands have weaker vibration and wanted something more substantial and this one works great. Seems very durable, I usually just use it lying down in bed when I need to destress.

Ok. This was SUCH a waste of money. It heats in one area and there is zero “massage” qualities. Im not sure if anyone tested the sphygmomanometer, however thats a joke. There is a vibrating hum that does nothing. Purchased two, returned one as our son tossed the box the other cane in. Trashed.

I liked this product while it worked but I purchased in July, and now in November it does not turn on. Edit: I was able to reach out to the company and get a replacement unit. Very appreciative that they stand behind their products. If you deal with chronic pain, this can be very helpful to ease symptoms and give you some relief. I find this model more comfortable to lay on than the black mat that is advertised that has larger hard massage balls. This one has flatter more memory foam style vibration. ... show more
