Once I got it working this washer works great. The hose that lets the water in did not fit my sink so I had to buy a different one and wait for that. I didn't know the size of the threads on my faucet so I just got a pack with multiple universal sizes and that worked pretty well without any of the attachments. When you set the machine to heavy wash it's really loud and I have it propped up so that the short outlet water pipe can reach my sink, so I was nervous it would shake itself onto the floor. Other than that it functions amazingly well but I've only had it for a few weeks so idl how long it will last. I read about leaks in other reviews but mine doesn't leak and it washes really fast in my opinion. Also the picture makes it look metallic but it's a dull gray brown ... show more

This was a great buy for me. Just what I needed to get laundry done. The attachments it comes with needed a lot of tweaking and additional parts needed. Hose was way to short and it can leak if your not careful. I recommend having someone with some knowledge on it set it up. It won’t spin out heavier items. You must limit jeans etc. but it does the job. It’s not a long term solution but it will work great for our temporary situation. I recommend buying a wheeled cart to set it on if you want it mobile. ... show more

I like the size but the drum doesn’t hold the 11 it says. Also it seems to only really wash on quick wash and heavy duty ! The soak takes to long and again the bin is small

I love this washing machine. I also picked out a lot of models before buying it, and finally chose this one. First of all, it fits my needs. It's a good size and capacity for my kids. It's much more practical than a mini washer. Second, it doesn't need much space to put. Third, it has a child protection button, so it can effectively protect the children's safety, which is very important. It has a lot of cleaning options, according to different needs to choose. Buyer beware! It arrived damaged and I had to install a pump, attachment to hold same, reconfigure the drain hose, add a special pvc transparent hose, no longer then five feet since the pump cannot handle that pressure. The unit arrived with a damaged corner, as if it fell either during transport or assembly and returning it was not an option for me since I destroyed the packaging materials and time was also not an option. Thankfully, I found a pump locally and didn't bother to split hairs on the price with a store owner and crook, who wanted to charge me $150.00 (USD) for a simple pump that I found for sixty dollars just before closing, a couple of miles from him. ... show more
