My washing machine broke, and I was in a pinch. So I ordered the medium size washing machine off of here. I love it. It does such a good job at washing my clothes. Has several programs, 30, 39, 51 and more minutes per program. All you have to do is to load your clothes and add detergent. Clothes end up pretty dry. I don’t use air dry function, can’t say anything about it. It’s small but can handle a bedding set, so it completely replaces me laundry

I set this up today. Easy enough. However the dran hose was packaged with a fold in it, I know it wont hold up long. i am prepared to replace it eventually but so far so good. Amazon gave a partial refund t cover it. Wanted to run a cycle and check it out, before i tossed the box in case I need to return it. I read the broken English manual and gave it a whiri. I set it to the water level, but the cycle options leave something to be desired. the 1-5 is easy enough (well after going to YOutube) but the 6-10 does not make sense. i chose wash, but it didnt run a rinse cycle by draining and refilling. so i had to redo it, this time using option 07 so it would wash AND rinse. Instructions dont clarify or help. But clothes were very damp. So I guess after it stops I have to use the air dry option to get them almost dry. Well, not what i Expect from a "fully" automatic. i was better off with my plastic twin tub manual one I paid only a hundred bucks for. i got 3 years of use from it, but wanted an automatic on. I tried the question/answer feature here. Seller replied with an answer that showed they dont get how it works, you have to choose a cycle you dont "just hit start" NO contact info for the seller, they lure you in with -just contact our after sales team if you have an issue. I hope to eventually find the seller. if I do and they make it right, Ill post a follow-up review - if not i will be returning this and purchasing a different brand from another seller. ... show more
