This is a great platform. I'm in awe of the stated weight-load, but the queen mattress I bought is so heavy I can't even get the sheet tucked in at the bottom, so I knew this would do the trick. Speaking of heavy, the package was delivered and left on my patio. I was unable to lift or drag it up the three steps into my home, so if you're puny and old like me (71), you'll need help. After that, it was a breeze! Easy instructions, wonderful engineering, everything fit together and no parts were missing. No defects, no annoyances, no regrets. I'm pokey, so it took a few hours to put together by myself. It says no tools needed but you WILL NEED A WIRE CUTTER OR KNIFE to cut the zip ties that hold some of the pieces together. Wow this was a great choice!! Worth every penny!! Easy follow instructions and set up!! I was looking for a comfortable, heavy duty,squeaky free frame because I was hurting my knees and back having to lift up off the bed, well Not anymore the height is perfect and I can honestly say " I know get out of bed" and it has eased my back & knee pain.
