It took her a minute to figure it out, but due to babies teething once she got it in her mouth - it was game on lol. I like the matte feeling and noticed that hairs won’t stick to it because of it. The quality of the straws is amazing, and they hold up well even after being washed and sterilized in my bottle washer. I bought these for a completely different reason than teething, however, personally using them myself I can absolutely see that these would be very helpful during those terrible teething sessions with your little one. They are a perfect size for on the go and don’t take up a lot of room at all. Easy to hold onto with little hands and the different variety of textures would keep your tiny human occupied and feeling relief. I personally used these to try and quit smoking for the oral fixation and I chewed on these a lot, very durable.
