The bike had some issues and hiccups when I first got it. I immediately was sent new parts with SO fast. How beautiful the bike is from both sexes and the ride is so comfortable. The quality of the bike is top of the line,great brakes and shocks and I just love the range you get from the battery, I do a lot of my riding on a bike trail and so far I've gotten the bike up to 35mph, I just love everything about this ebikes, I think I'm going to order me another one soon. ... show more

The performance is decent and very cool. Except for a slight damage to the fuel tank cover during transportation, everything else is good. Of course, their customer service responded very quickly and promptly sent me the parts I needed.
