This dash camera really surprised me with how nice it is. It was really easy to install and hide the wire. It came with plenty of cable length. It has 24 hours recording capabilities. The camera itself is very sensitive. That's my only issue, as it seems to record when someone slams the car door too hard or even the lift gate. But honestly, the more I think about it, that should be a good thing. I want a camera that's going to pick up someone messing with my car. The app is fairly easy to use as well. The camera even included a micro SD card so store any accidents that may happen. The picture and video is pretty decent. Better than expected. Currently, the price for this unit is $59 and some change, but at the time of this review there is a 50% off coupon and I don't think you can beat 30 bucks for a nice dash camera. I like the camera. Light weight. Works. As long as it overrides old video to keep working then it will do all I need it to do. I will use a 128gb card and hoped it could hold bigger to record when I am parked at the airport for a few days. But the app. I have to opt in to them taking my anonymous data or no app. So no app for me. ... show more

This is a great cam and it has a great interface. I used an add a fuse kit to wire it in as I wanted to hide the wires as much as possible.

So, I do love the camera. It takes great video and would really be a great help in the event you had an accident. It's very easy to install on the windshield and pretty easy to work. The camera has Wi-Fi but despite having the app, I had a little difficulty getting it connected. You don't have to download the app for this to work, though. You can simply just install it and turn it on. When you're done, remove the memory card and play it on your phone or computer. I wanted to be able to turn the camera while in the car but the design is strange. The charge port is on the top of the camera, right next to the neck where you turn the camera from side to side. Since you have the cable plugged in while using it in the car, you can't turn it all the way because the cable sticks out (up) and gets in the way. Considering it will be facing forward the majority of the time I'm driving, it's not a big deal, I just thought I'd mention it since you may want to capture scenery on either side of the car while driving. To do so, you would have to remove the cable. The other issue is with the videos. The maximum amount of time you can record loops is 5 minutes, so when you go to play them back from the SD card, you will have a dozen videos to go through to find the one you want. Again, it's not a bad thing, I just wish it had longer video loops. I am still very happy with the camera. The only thing missing is a rear camera for the car, so that will have to be my next purchase. ... show more

This is my first experience with a dash cam, but it seems good for the price. The video quality is better than I expected. A 64GB SD card is included with the unit. I like that the camera has loop recording so I don't have to worry about running out of space. I didn’t bother to download the app or connect it to WiFi, since I have no intention of watching the video unless there’s an accident. The instruction manual seems to be translated from Chinese, and could use some improvement. It seems like a good basic option for anyone looking for a simple dash cam. ... show more

I was a bit skeptical to order this dash cam because the price was very reasonable and I a bit worried if it would function well. Then I still placed the order for it because I needed a dash cam for my car and I figured even if it didn’t work, its physical existence would still have some kind of crime deterrent effects. This compact sized dash cam works! The package includes a detailed and clear user manual in plain English. By following the instructions step by step, I attached the dash cam onto the windshield and finished performing the initial setups in 20 minutes. The manufacturer has even inserted a SD memory card in the dash cam for me. In order to view the real time videos on my phone, I had to download the App called “ viidure”. After I installed the App, I just connected the WiFi and it was done. However, I have to repeat the WiFi connection procedure every time I turn on the dash cam. The good news is, the dash cam itself can perform all the functions I need without WiFi, so I just skip this WiFi feature. This dash cam will automatically turn on and off when I start or turn off the car engine. This feature is to conserve the power of my car battery. It also has a “ Parking Monitor” function to help me detect any problems while my car is parked. The “shock sensor” of the dash cam is very sensitive. Sometimes I slam the passenger side door too hard, the camera will turn on automatically and start recording for 30 seconds. If no further motions are detected, it will turn itself off. This is a very nice feature to help me obtain the evidences in case something happens when I am away from my car. The picture quality of the videos is very clear, both daytime and nighttime. The picture in this review is a snapshot of one of the nighttime scenes. Reasonable price, totally functional, what more do I want from a dash cam? I highly recommend this dash cam. ... show more
