Easy install and no tank! Water is clean and tastes great. Going from a tank setup to tankless was a bit more work as I had to remove the previous system but all in all we have satisfied. Make sure you have a plug nearby. Flow rate is good.... We don't mind to slight delay.

I have a whole house iron filter and water softner to correct high iron from my well. My TDS from water test was at 265ppm. From my understanding, a water softner adds some sodium to the water. I bought this item to reduce my TDS in my drinking water, while adding benificial minerals at the same time. After installation, my TDS were reduced to 12ppm. Installation was pretty easy for me. I had a faucet from years past, and had drilled the hole thru the stainless sink with a special bit. The instructions are easy to follow and straight forward. My only issue was getting power to the sink area. Tapped into my dishwasher power line to provide power to fizzlife unit. Total installation time was about 2 hrs. There is a slight hum when using this unit, but barely heard from under the sink cabinet area. The water has a fantastic taste after running thru the Tam 3 ph mineralizer filter! Its a pleasure to drink slightly alkaline water, and much healthier with added minerals. Water output from the faucet is decent, not slow and not really fast but somewhere in the middle range. Its a good looking faucet and well made, not cheap. Overall I am completely satisfied that I purchased this unit and Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great tasting water. You wont be disappointed! Lastly, customer service is outstanding!!!! Had a small issue resolved in a matter of a day on a Sunday to boot. I am reviewing this after having this system and using it for over 3 years. I had to get an RO system after I got a water softener installed for the house. The product quality is good and the system came with adequate installation instructions. The installation itself was straight forward. It took me about 2 hours. The filtration is good, and consistent and the water tastes good. The flow is slow but consistent. I do have to let the water run every morning for about a minute for the TDS to drop below 40. It usually over a 100 every morning when it hasn't been used for 8-10 hours straight. ... show more

Bought for amount of water production and mineralisation. Filters should be changed at 1 and 2 years intervals. This is actually really good. I also like the compact size and looks. Installation went smooth. Water tastes great.

I already had a tank system, so installation was a bit easier than one from scratch. I’ve only used it for a couple days, but so far it works fine. I also bought the small tank that evens the flow. The water it produces has a great taste. In summary, I am very satisfied with the product. Two weeks in: The remineralization filter at first caused me some concern because it ran the TDS back to 65 after having 10 out of the r/o. I contacted customer service and they explained to me that this is normal, especially after the water being in the filter for a while. After running it for a bit, it comes down to 25ppm. I asked them what minerals are in the water and they told me this: "The TAM3 filter is block carbon combined well with mineral stones, which will have your water more close to nature water [as] it should be, and again further removing of chlorine. The material is very safe to drink and it will release calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium and minerals to your water, increasing PH and mineralization." Unlike some other reviewers, I have had no leaks or any other problem with the entire outfit, water filter, small tank and tam 3 filter. ... show more

FrizzLife has been nothing but a positive experience for me with their other filters. I expect nothing but the best and after the installation of this unit, I'll update this review. Jan 19, 2024 UPDATE Everything installed much easier than the old tank system. A half inch hole is needed for the RO faucet. I did have one issue, a leak with a rubber flat washer that seals the tee-fitting to the supply valve. The washer had a nick on the edge of it. After a run to the plumbing house, they suggested an o-ring in place of the flat washer. Problem solved. I wish this had been addressed in the installation guide. That would have saved me some aggravation and a trip to the store. I'm keeping my rating at 4 because they need better accessability to tech services. A phone number or at least a chat line. I had a question on mounting the alkaline filter horizontally instead of vertically. You have to send an email and wait a day for an answer. Really??? I went ahead and mounted it horizontally and the next day I got the replying email confirming that it is fine to mount it horizontally. I have tried alkaline water and don't like the taste of it. This was my biggest concern with this unit. The final filter is a mineral/alkaline filter which helps to balance the pH and get the water out of the acidic pH. By the way, the water tastes great. I'm so pleased with the water. It's crystal clear, odorless, and tastes wonderful. No more hauling 5 gallon jugs from the grocery store. ... show more
