Bought this to replace the same model that we had for years . So that should say something all buy its self . BUT we Bought the new unit with the extended warranty from Amazon's provider right at 2 years ago . Long story short microwave stoped functioning after 2 years Far sooner than it should have . Was told that it couldn't be replaced and would be refunded for the original purchase price even though it is still currently available on Amazon . They told me they used a different supplier other than the one they are supposed to be representing and couldn't get it . May have more to do with the price being almost double more than a supplier issue. So failed in 2 years and the extended warranty to replace the item I feel was a total waste of money . We had this sane microwave in black for about 8-10 years years. It went out so we ordered the stainless. First one worked great for two days and display panel went out. Amazon support was amazing and sent a new one out within minutes of calling. Second one arrived in two days but the door is hard to shout - have to literally slam it. But display still works. They scheduled East pickup for the original. Just wish I had original with second display. At least all buttons and functionality is sane as our original but quality is lacking (display on first and door quality on 2nd). ... show more

Bought this as a replacement for my 2 year old GE which died. This is very similar and cooks well. My only complaint is how timed cooking gets set. If you want 4 minutes and 15 seconds you press 4 and then very quickly press 1 and then 5. If you're not fast enough you get four minutes as it starts automatically. ... show more

The unit I received is 14 inches high, 24 inches wide, and 20-1/4 inch deep. My shelf is only 17-1/2 inch, so I was not expecting a 2-3/4 inch overhang. If the door is closed casually, it looks closed, however the light does not turn off, and the keypad is nonfunctional. I have to close the door 'hard' to get the light and keypad to function. The keypad surface is not flat as it should be, there are bulges on the surface, which will only get worse over time (and yes, I pealed off the protective covering.) The unit seems to function well.
