First of all, the bikes ship very quickly, packaged very well, and customer service is exactly what we’d all wish for in every company. Easily built, these bikes are very well made. Beautiful paint, components are not cheap parts, and a smooth solid ride. Zippy fast, so watch out. Peddle assist 1 is enough for most rides. We just cruise. We got two wild cats, but realized it was much too big for the misses. No problems returning and getting the smaller Rocky pro. Glad we did. A great bike for someone smaller. She’s 5’2, I’m 6’2. Both are sized perfectly for each of us. We haven’t rode far enough to challenge the battery life, but I’m sure they are ample enough for long rides. This bike is super easy to set up, fast, sturdy, and fun to ride. The green color of my bike was absolutely beautiful and I received many compliments. I did have to return my bike. There was a little issue with a peddle and I needed a bike in time for my vacation. When I told the company about the peddle issue they were quick to take responsibility and spring to action. They approved my return but also provided other options for a solution, including sending me an upgraded part and reimbursing me for the repair at a local shop. Customer service is so important and often overlooked. There is always a chance that a quality product can have a minor flaw do to manufacturing or shipping issues, but I was at peace during the entire process because the customer service was so excellent. I know the company is coming out with a new bike and I am excited to check it out. In spite of my return (due to the timing of my vacation), I am giving this company’s product and customer service 5 stars. ... show more

I have a full size electric bike this was for wifey. It is our 5th electric bike, plenty of power, easy to assemble, has worked flawlessly for several months. My wife likes the 20" wheels way more than the 26" on my bike, the 26" wheels are better for real rough terrain though, easier to load and lighter as well. The suspension front and rear and hydrolic brakes are a super upgrade from no rear suspension mechanical brakes of my old bikes. It a great choice for the budget bike crowd. ... show more

    • well had some out of box issues on my black rocky since february finally resolved.
I bought this bike because its a class 2 which means that we can ride on trails, paths and streets. The Samsung batteries are UL rated, the motor is a brushless Bafang which means these are high end. I am quite satisfied with overall build of this e-bike. I am a mechanical tech by trade and the components are well made. LOTS of torque to get you going from a stop or up a steep incline. You can ride with pedal assessed or thumb/twist grip. The hydraulic front/rear brakes stop the bike quickly. The riding position is easily adjustable for both adults and teens. Lots more good things I can add but time to go ride again. Pictures next future review......Continued. Since purchased ( red no problems) black Rocky has had three problems. Battery led showing charge no longer lights, battery release button on frame locks up so wont release battery. (new release of Rocky with 1200w has changed the battery release button), and 2 piece kickstand fell apart. ( I found and fixed kickstand with screw). Still triing to resolve factory battery problems. Update, got button/lock assembly have not installed yet. Also got battery which I partially had to pay for......but bike is fun and my other rocky has had no issues. ... show more

I was a little bit nervous about this purchase because I'm a bigger girl and I was worried about the weight limit. I weigh 260 and have no problem riding this bad bike with a 50 lb backpack. It will easily go to cruising speeds of 30 mph just using the throttle and I haven't gotten the courage up to go beyond pedal assist number 3 because that is more than fast enough for me! I would recommend getting a very heavy-duty lock to go with it because it catches eyes all over town. I live in a big city and I'm able to get from point A to point B faster than I would with a car or the bus! I spent my last dime on this but it was worth every penny! I also made sure to get a good helmet because if you're going 30 miles an hour and happened to wipe out you're going to want a helmet. Very easy to ride, pretty easy to assemble I just had a Little Help from my landlord, and lights and everything work great! I told my friends I might never get a car with this thing LOL even in the snow it works great! Also, had a minor issue at first (just a cable not connected) and the seller responded asap and followed up to make sure everything was good. DEFINITELY worth the money, and this is coming from a broke girl lol 😆 ... show more

This bike is Great. The durability and handling of the bike is top notch. I definitely will recommend this bike to friends and family. I move slow and it allows me to get out more and enjoy riding again. You have the option to pedal or use the push button to electric start. You can go fast or slow. It is optional and your in control of the bike. The look of it is stylish and sporty. I'm so glad you made a bike like this. Hands down the Best. It's comfortable. Plus it tracks your speed and miles you've been. Highly Satisfied Customer. Bike is doing Great. I've already put 389.5 miles on it. I'm enjoying every minute of it. Thank you so much. dislike that the twist throttle devise was not included in shipment, but upon inquiring seller by email they stated that currently it was not stock but would ship it in about a week. Fits my 5-7 height in the mid range adjustable adjustments. What I like is that the pedals and seat get the proper angle, on some of my other ebikes the pedals feel too far back. The freesky 1200 is a fine ebike I have rode about 35 miles. So far so good, would buy it again. ... show more
