The media could not be loaded. 3800 mile update. Still loving this thing. Four sets of tires. A new chain and sprocket on the way as I have beat this bike up in the mountains and Its it's still a beast. Worthy of the price and customer service has been awesome. Horlan has really helped me out. . The one week area of this bike is the rear linkage eyelets. They are plastic. And with normal riding I would imagine they'd be fine. I do not ride normal. I like me some fast riding. I'm an old amaxer and I love to fly. I'm transfing around the mountains in this thing 3 days a week. So needless to say, I've gone through a pair already. If this slight problem word to would be addressed for us, more athletic riders or you could put out a pro version that has better forks, shocks, pedals, brakes and jumping components. I'm sure I'd be willing to buy one. Thanks again for the excellent customer support Great bike. I'm 6'4" and it fits me. This is Good downhill geometry. Good for climbing. Other than that this bike has been very awesome. I can ride it too the local park miles away and then ride all day. Ride home two cities away and still have three bars. Double crowned Forks gives this ebike a motorcycle feel. Coupled with the fat tires and 100 lb weight. The seat is awesome although I need a taller seat post. Fenders that came with it are okay. If you buy the package you'll get nicer tight fenders and a very nice rack. Also the helmet mirrors and phone holder were definitely inexpensive. But the bike is a blast. I have not been able to stay off it since it arrived. I got the green and it is a very stunning paint job. Although my box was damaged and I have some scratches, customer support was excellent and followed up with me many times to make sure I was satisfied, mailing me extra parts for a FedEx mishandling mishap. Horlan, in customer support was incredibly helpful. And made sure I received the support I needed. I love this thing. And really impressed with customer service. I purchased two Freesky Alaska bikes about a month ago. I don’t write many reviews but this is worth 5 stars for sure. Bikes came on time and assembled with my wife in one hour total. Was in contact with support even before purchase. Horlan and the team contacted me by text within 24 hours on every question or concern we had. They always had a helpful answer and followed up to verify results. These bikes are absolutely amazing! Fun, solid, fast and smooth. Everything works better than expected. The are as advertised heavy and tall. Picture does no justice. If you are concerned about mounting due to height and weight I would suggest researching one of the other more step through models. Wife is 5’8” and her inseam barely lets her stand over the main bar. That said stick with Freesky! We get more looks and questions about these than I do my Harley. Fit and finish is perfect. You will need a heavy rack. We went with the Black Widow dual bike. Has 600 lb rated weight capacity. But these loaded are 110 each for sure. The just ride so nice that it is worth having some wiggle room. If you have nicer e-bikes than this you spent $5K for sure. Super appreciate the sales and support team for their help. The Alaska is an amazing bike. It's ergonomics are spot on and balances perfectly through loose sand, mud and rough terrain. The 1000w bafang motor and dual battery delivers the power and reliability you need in a good e-bike. I have ridden this bike for 400 miles and absolutely love it. The wildcat is just that, wild! My wife loves riding her bike every chance she gets. She is on the short side and didn't like the tall bars that came on it so we put a new stem and bars and a few other cosmetic things. This bike will keep up with the Alaska and conquers any terrain with ease. These bikes are well worth the money and lots of people think we payed $5000 or more for each bike. These bikes are fully customizable and repairable because they come with reputable brand names on the important parts. The brakes that come on the bikes are sufficient for leisurely riding, but if you like any kind of performance, I recommend changing them out. ... show more

Awesome bike! I'm 200 lbs and this bike accelerates pretty quick. It's built very solid, this ebike will be durable. The brakes are strong right out the box and has good suspension. I don’t usually write reviews, but I am so impressed with this bike and anyone else that has one I’m sure feels the same way. You can use this bike an exercise or you can use this bike and relax. It is so much fun to ride. It comes with two very large batteries And they last a very long time. I’ve been told they can last up to 100 miles or more I haven’t quite rode that far yet, but I don’t doubt it for one second I found as I’m writing that you just naturally start peddling on my first ride. I went about 10 miles And when I got home, I felt like I had a very good workout. It was fun being able to ride and then coast for as long as I wanted and I’m amazed how fast it goes as I rode I was riding 40 miles an hour and when you’re on a bike that’s very fast, this bike is very well-made. It is very sound so anyone looking for an electric bike. I suggest this one the price is half of what some of the other competitors out there charge and the ones that don’t have petals. It would be a real bummer. Deal to get stranded somewhere. Because this one you’ll never be stranded anywhere I give six thumbs up to this bike if you’re looking one then look no further.
