Recently have been schooled by an Italian nona on Olive Oil, and I happened to come across this particular brand. I have to admit I love the flavor and the richness of the oil. Just simply pour some of the oil on a bowl of greens and squeeze 1/2 a lemon on it, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and BAM - a meal on its own. Have gone through 2 bottles and just bought 2 more. Famous italian restaurant in my town uses this olive oil and now so do I. If you can get it for a good price it is a fantastic oil for dipping, sauces, etc. I use less expensive stuff for cooking, this stuff is for enjoying.

Best i have ever had... I have always purchased the most expensive olive oils in the stores i could find.. until i purchased a pizza oven i wanted quality ingredients so i researched and tried this... I am panicing right now because i have very little left. Even my 21 yr old son raves at this oil and he has never liked any olive oil ... we drizzle this on the pizzas.
