As others have stated, the included set of discs are garbage. I mean, they're disc shaped... approximately. But who cares? You're either not buying this basket for the discs, or you're new enough to disc golf that low quality discs don't matter to you. Give them to a friend's 8 year old. As others have also stated, the plastic chains don't have much catch to them. In 15 minutes of putting, I sailed several discs clean through them and out the other side. I may look into weighing down the ring at the bottom, that would probably help. At least they're a lot quieter than metal ones, for at-home use. Really what it comes down to... you're paying 1/3 to 1/2 what any other basket on Amazon costs. Enter into it with your expectations calibrated accordingly, and this is a perfectly good at-home basket for working on your puts, on a day when you can't make it out to an actual course. For the price these are a great buy. Easy to set up in minutes and light enough to easily carry around but that is the problem. They are made to carry around and set up in minutes but are so light that more than a breeze will knock them over. The plastic chains are ok for kids, I guess but adults will find the discs traveling through them on all but the softest putts. I ended up buying some chain and putting another layer inside of the plastic and that helped a bunch and cost less than $20 but didn't make them much more heavy. The discs that came with it are garbage. If you try to use them you are going to get frustrated so I'd buy those seperate. Dynamic makes a nice 5 disc starter set that will see you right but not break the bank Despite the few problems I recommend these for play in the yard or maybe at a park. ... show more

Love this for camping. It's not my main practice basket, and probably wouldn't last too long if it was - but this is perfect for portable, occasional use. I did the zip tie hack another review mentioned and the discs catch much better now. It's lighter than a camping chair, but the stand is very stable. It would be great for field practice. Beginners beware - it'll make you better, but in a frustrating way. I wouldnt recommend as a first basket; get a metal one first to build some confidence and hear the chains RING! Not whatever plastic does 😆. oh yeah also, the discs are not good. Google "best beginner disc golf putters" and I'm sure you won't find these. Let the kids or the dog have em. 🥏 ... show more

It is a great starter basket for play. It is grad to make a basket because of the material. It slide right off and out of it. It folds up nicely and is great for travel set up too. After a year or so, the pegs that hold the top up busted through the fabric though. The disc that come with it are not great quality if you do play disc golf you know. This portable disc golf goal is really a fun addition to the back yard! The set is very lightweight and portable, making it perfect for trips to the beach or park. The goal is surprisingly stable for its weight. The plastic chains have just enough weight to help capture a well-thrown disc but lack the mass to help save an errant throw. This is great for general practice but would probably be an issue for serious play. Bought this for my son's birthday. It's been a huge hit. The basket is durable and not difficult to set up. The discs aren't great and came bent. I've managed to flatten them back out for the most part, but recommend different discs. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
