The comforter is soft, light weight and great for summer/spring nights only. I immediately washed it and it washed great. No running of colors. My 6 year old loves Hello Kitty. I really wanted a full comforter set with the pillow shams, pillow cases, fitted sheet, sheet and comforter. I kept looking and kept finding duvets and not full sets.
