We didn’t use these tiles as a drop ceiling. We have a finished basement space that we transformed into a whiskey lounge. We wanted dark ceilings, as our ceilings were the typical white painted ceilings. We glued these tiles to our existing ceiling. They make the space look very high end. They are light and easily installed with glue. They are also easily cut to size with scissors. I highly recommend these tiles if you are looking to add a bit of style to any space! ... show more

I ordered 2 boxes and the Amazon driver left 1 box and posted the same pic of the delivery to both items stating they were both delivered. I am missing an entire box of $90 tiles that I would still like but can’t get anyone to respond, still working on that. As far as the tiles I did get, they are great. Quality product….I’d just like the rest of them 🙃 ... show more

    • Very thin, cut panels won't sit flush, would look great in a perfectly square room!
I will start with saying that when these arrived the temperature was around 15 degrees. I ordered 4 boxes, and every box had at least 1 panel that had broken corners. 2 boxes had broken corners on every panel. These are very thin plastic panels, which is why I believe the temp could have played a factor. I will say that they all shipped only in the original packaging, and not padded in any additional boxes, and every package also was torn and beaten up pretty good. Your mileage may vary. As for the panels themselves, they are very nice looking, but very thin. If you plan on having lighting in the panels, make sure the weight is not on the panel themselves or you may run into bowing issues. While I was inspecting the panels for damage they did attract some hair/debris, so be aware of that as well. The biggest drawback to them is that if you have any spaces on the edge of the room that require panels smaller than the full 2x2 panel, you will either have to cut these down and live with them not sitting flush on the drop ceiling rail, or use the flat black panel included in the package as a filler piece instead of the 3D panel. The gripe I have with that is that they only include 1 of the flat black 2x2 panels per box. If you have a grid against a wall that is, let's say 4 inches x 2 feet, you will only be able to get 6 pieces out of that 1 panel. If you need 7 or more you will not have enough. Not to mention the whole point of going with these panels is for the 3D aesthetic, and using the flat black panel for filling in the edges kills that look. Hopefully all of that information is helpful to you. If you have a perfectly square room that doesn't require any cut panels, I do think these would be a great solution. ... show more
