  • Good concept, 3-Issues
Color: Black Solid Size: XL Style: Silent
The idea of a quiet PC that has two 5.25 slots in the front for Optical and remmovable drives is great. The issues with the POP XL Silent are not obvious until after you build an air cooled PC and it is too late to return the case. Fractal Design's parts sales policy ensure that you have to buy another case. For this reason I give it a 3. ISSUE #1. To use the front panel USB-C port the case advertises, you have spend $35 extra for the Fractal Designs custom cable at Amazon. That is 1/3 the price of the entire case. (Come on Fractal Design, just throw it in the box and charge the $5 reasonable cable cost.) ISSUE #2: Stock fans are inadequate for air cooling. - Rear case fan is 120mm that exhausts 32 ft^3/min. A noctua D15 CPU air cooler that ends up pointing at at the rear exhaust fan, moves 83 ft^3/min. For air cooling you need a good 140mm rear case fan that exhausts at least 90 ft^min. (all at max, pwm will drop speed when not needed) - Front intake fan grill space only permits 3x120mm fans (larger fans just blow air into sheet metal). Stock fans only move 32 ft^3/min. Barely enough for the CPU cooler and mb. Nothing left for graphics cards. Need 3x120mm intake fans that can each move 80 ft^3/min. (all at max, pwm will drop speed when not needed. ISSUE #3. Air intake grill on the solid front is only a small holed strip on the right side. It does not take much dust to clog it. It would not have been so bad if there had also been one on the other side. As is, one side panel is longer than the other one. Fractal will not sell a separate mesh front. ======= UPDATE If you are contemplating air cooling, the airflow in the POP XL Silent through the small air intake panel is NOT sufficient to cool a Ryzen 7590x and Nvidia RTX 3090 ti running low to moderate loads, regardless of the fans used. You will need to remove the front panel to run higher loads, let alone add another heat source like a second graphics card. And that is not quiet. This is NOT acceptable for a case that claims to take E-ATX motherboards. If you are going to use high-end CPUs, GPUs and E-ATX mbs, do not get this case. ... show more

  • Good value, good performance, has small nitpicks and minor QC concerns.
Color: RGB White Core TG Clear Tint Size: Mini Style: Air
Easy to build in, good airflow. Rear top thumbscrew was mangled, plastics and metals are poorly colourmatched on the white case. Why are there only 2 cable management straps included when there are 4 slots for them? Maximum 150mm psus is annoying, limits affordable options if you still want high effeciency modular psus. Overall 3.75/5, worth the money, looks nice, wasn't much of a hassle, would recommend. ... show more

  • Definitely worth the purchase.
Color: RGB White Core TG Clear Tint Size: XL Style: Air
If you're buying the case for the looks, you definitely won't be disappointed. It looks amazing, and the build quality is extremely well done, thankfully given the price. The airflow is amazing, and the four fans the case came with do their job perfectly. It was very easy to build in, despite the troubles I had when building my PC, this case was never one of them. Duely note, the case is huge. The type of, 'Don't have to measure anything if I buy a big enough case!' It fit my Noctua DH-15 easily, even with the optional fan sticking out sideways. My ATX motherboard only reaches the halfway point on the wall it's screwed to. Overall, definitely worth the purchase. ... show more

  • Easy to build in good quality
Color: RGB White Core TG Clear Tint Size: Mini Style: Air
I am a first time builder and had little to no issues with this case. It came with all accessories it should have and the build quality is really good. The only issue I had with it was room behind the motherboard tray, with my cable extensions it made my case very cramped and warped my back side panel a little, came back to it the next day though and all the cables now lay flat and the side plannel is no longer warped. Would 100% recommend, just be careful if you're using lots of Hardrives or SSd's there might not be enough space for cabel shoving behind your psu/motherboard tray. ... show more

  • A smart and crisp looking case

  • Nice case. couple issues
Color: Black Solid Size: ATX Style: Air
First off the case is really nice. Nice cable management, nice amount of space, and overall looks great. Now the 2 issues that are wrong with the case I received. The air pop black without window for work. There is a small portion of the front screen that has some rust on it right out of the box. I did not see any scratches and the packaging was perfect. So this has to have come from either sitting on the coast waiting for customs or a very humid warehouse. Next issue is the power switch/power led pin connectors. There are extremely loose. I connected them to the mobo header and the unit would not turn on. I have close to 500 systems Ive built (being in IT) over the last 23 years. I immediately noticed how loose they connected and wiggled them and got the unit to power up, but then the natural tension of the cable would break the connection and then re-short the connection causing/mimicking me pushing the power button. Im going to have to use a paper clip or tweezers to press in the clips on the jumper for it to fit tight and not wiggle around. Overall very nice case just a couple QC issues. ... show more

  • Clean look 🗿
Color: Black Solid Size: ATX Style: Silent
i like the clean look. temps arent good tho, so i carved out a vent for a psu shroud mounted radiator and got the front rad to be the exhaust. building in this case was easy, the whole way.

  • A very nice white case with a Optical Drive Slot at the bottom
Color: RGB White Core TG Clear Tint Size: XL Style: Air
For my new build I wanted three things: White case for visibility, Optical Drive slots for legacy discs, and ATX size. This case meets all three. Even the fans are white. The white case RGB builds on YouTube look fantastic so I am going to do some of the same. The case shipping box is well protected in the corners and arrived in perfect condition. As with all new cases, cable management is built in and there are cages for SSD and so on. This case also has none of the smelly, toxic, sound deadening material in other cases. My current computer case has sound deadening panels and they have emitted toxic smells for 10 years now, so stay away from cases with that junk. ... show more
