This is my second FPVtosky case. The first one I bought was for my DJI Mini 4 Pro and it's an excellent case. I recently picked up a mini 3 drone and based on my opinion of FPVtosky's mini 4 pro case, I decided to go with that brand again for the mini 3. Overall it's a great case, but I feel like it could be improved. This version is actaully their newer, upadated model that uses a different type of foam. I think the cutouts could be a tiny bit deeper. I feel like drone and its accessories are "more exposed" when closing the case, giving it a tighter fit. It's more noticeable with the drone cutout. The drone itself seems to sit a bit higher up. The mini 3 does not come with a prop guard, so I picked up a 3rd party one. With that prop guard installed, the drone does not fit further down into the cutout. I don't have this issue with FPVtosky's mini 4 pro case and 3rd party prop holder. I'm guessing FPVtosky is aware of the issue, or the lack of a DJI prop holder included, so it does come with a velcro prop holder. The velcro prop holder is ok, but I'd prefer to be able to fit the drone into the case with my 3rd party plastic and silicone prop holder. Other than that complaint, it's a decent case. ... show more

I got this case for my DJI mini 3. I like that it came with extra items. Everything fits in place like a glove. The landing pad it comes with makes it easier to take off from an area that is uneven or has tall grass. All around a good purchase for me and my equipment.

You can't beat this combo buy for your drone. It me 3 days to make a decision on which one I wanted, and I dont regret picking this one. You can't beat the price and all you get.

Fits mini3 perfectly. Easy in and easy out, with space for storage under it. Thankful for the blades strap and memory card case that came with this drone case. Latches are solid, closes tight. Closed foam seems nice. (wish I knew where these people get that foam from!) The blades strap is flexible stretch fabric with velcro close. I'll probably leave it closed and stretch it on and off. Love the case so far but it's only been on one trip out so far. I'm not sure about the air pressure valve, I think it's manual but don't know. I could be wrong. It spins and it doesn't look like the beefy auto valves I've seen on other cases. No concern there though. I'll give it a spin if in those situations. The controller cutout is a more universal cutout. It has space around it which makes it easy to get out. The RC controller with built-in screen fits fine. Though all the talk about the option to leave the thumb screw controls in and place the controller in upside down I think is meant for a different controller. The two circle cutouts look much too close together for this RC. Maybe the RC-N1 fits for that, I don't know. But I'm not concerned about it. There is more storage room under the controller as well. Having a case that fits everything needed to fly and charge means I finally get to keep it all together. No obnoxious graphics or drone visuals on the outside. Looks like small tool case. But opening it up and seeing that bright yellow is like opening a can of whupa...all business at that point. Plus at night it will help to see the contrents in place. Happy with the case!
