This mattress definitely blew all of my expectations completely out of the water! I was a little unsure because I've never even heard of anything like this before but I am a believer now! This mattress is really the real deal! It came very well packed so there was no damage to it whatsoever. It's nice and vacuum sealed at first and I honestly thought how could a whole mattress fit into this box but I was definitely proved wrong. Once you open it up it quickly expands. You're going to want to let it sit for probably at least 24 to 48 hours so it can fully puff up out of the bag. Once you do that you're good to go! I used this in my guest bedroom and ever since putting it in there I have found my new nap spot! This is beyond comfortable to the point that I really cannot believe it! I really get the best naps in this and I'm thinking about coming back and getting a bigger mattress size and changing our mattress over to this one. Definitely worth every penny in comfort and quality alone. Could not be happier definitely a solid 10 out of 10 ... show more

I am truly blown away with how high the quality of this mattress is! All I want to do is get into bed! It's pretty amazing how these are delivered. They come with a envelope opener type tool so that when you cut the plastic wrapping that is around it, you will not cut the fabric of the mattress by mistake. I appreciate the thoughtfulness right out of the gate. Once you get the plastic off, you immediately see how the air will start to sort of inflate the mattress bc I imagine they use vacuum seals to package it. It doesn't take long for the bed to regain its full shape and you are able to climb into your new favorite hangout. I'm serious! This bed is perfect! The right about of firmness in the softest mattress! This memory foam is such high quality- I noticed just after the first night such a difference in the way I felt the next morning. No back pain and so well rested. This is such a good investment and worth every penny. 10 out of 10 ... show more

This mattress comes vacuum sealed and in a box. Once you remove it from the box and packaging, it slowly expands. At first, I thought, it wouldn't actually size up to being a true mattress, but I was wrong. Once it did, I was pleasantly surprised by how supportive and comfortable it is. It's a huge step up from my previous mattress and I love the memory foam but also the support a more traditional spring mattress brings. I have two bunks for the nephews and I tested two different mattresses - to be honest both kids loved them, but for this one I got "this one feels like cold sheets" which in the warm ny summer is high praise indeed.
