    • Hard to put together and heavy to move
Had to watch YouTube video to help put together. And even with that still not straight forward. We live in condo where we can’t leave out overnight. This was not the right hoop to purchase if needing to move each time. Very heavy and the moment we take the sand bags off it comes crashing down so you have to be ready. We (my 11 year old twins and myself) all have to help. 1 stands on base once sand is off then 2 of us brace it to not come crashing down. Once stable I wheel into garage with them guiding me so I don’t hit anything. Can’t stand up in garage without taking pole out so we have to store it laying down. So takes up a lot of room. Should have bought lighter hoop. Bought this thinking the handle to move up and down would be nice. Haven’t even used that yet. Once we do, I will need ladder to get it to 10ft (I’m 5’6”). ... show more

    • Base has been leaking water since it was assembled - UPDATE: Seller replaced and is now 5 STARS
This arrived and I just assembled it this past Sunday, 2/25/2024 (today is Tuesday, 2/27/2024) and filled it with water... Base has been leaking since the very first use. I'd like to keep the product and just receive a replacement part for the base. I've tried contacting the seller through Amazon's chat and it just takes me in circles without actually talking to a person (AI isn't that intelligent). Would love to have the seller reach out to me to correct. If I get a replacement base I'll upgrade the stars accordingly. I had to find a number and talk to an actual person. Once I did, the Amazon representative contacted the seller and then the seller contacted me within an hour. Within 24 hours the seller sent me a new product that I received on 3/2/2024. The customer service was top-notch. For this reason, I'm changing my rating to 5 stars. Again, great experience with the customer service from this seller! ... show more

The instructions for assembling this basketball hoop are appalling. The diagrams are unclear, and the lack of direct customer support is frustrating. The email support option has a 24-hour response time, which is unhelpful when you're in the midst of assembly. The provided video tutorial is also misleading, as it doesn't accurately depict the necessary steps or the requirement of two people for assembly. I'm disappointed in the poor quality of these instructions, especially considering my experience with DIY projects. Hoop is okay. Description misleading. Says it goes down to low enough for my 5 year old, but you would have to take apart the hoop to do that!! I thought we could easily go up and down for each kid. Disappointing.

The base of the stand needs additional weight to stop it from falling, we fill the base with water and 2 bags of sand, yet, it fell and got damaged
