The media could not be loaded. This is such a cool snorkel mask. My kiddo loves it but these are also great for adults. I like that it covers her whole face and can be used above or below the water. It has a ball in the snorkel that moves up as it goes underwater to prevent water from entering it. The field of vision in it is 180 degrees, so their view isn't limited. It can mount a gopro type camera also. The mask has anti fog to keep a clear view and is made of skin safe silicone and high quality elastic band. We took the ForShine Snorkel Mask,Snorkeling Mask with Detachable Camera Mount to the pool this evening to test it out. I am always wondering what is floating on the pool floor. My son tells me it is plant matter but I wanted to see underwater for myself. I was reluctant to try any other type of eye mask or scuba ensemble because I really wanted something that was one piece. This was the perfect item and I am so happy to have ordered it. I've included photos from when I first unpacked the snorkel mask. It arrived in a reusable bag where we keep it stored. It would fit better to store in the bag if I took the breathing tube off the mask but I was happy to get it connected so I'm keeping it on the mask. I like not having to bite down on anything or remember to breathe a particular way. I'm new to this and I wanted something simple that I could use to see under water. It's not complicated. Snap together two pieces and ready to go. The parts were all preassembled, just had to adjust the straps to fit. I wear a CPAP at night with full facial mask so this was no different for me. I asked my son, who does not wear a CPAP mask, what he thought of the mask. He did not feel constricted nor suffocated in any way. I think having that panoramic view helps not only for seeing under water but also to put any fears of claustrophobia away. I have to say this mask fits more snugly and more comfortable than my CPAP mask. However, putting the mask on and off with the straps over the head is a bit of a struggle for me with long hair. For the pool I keep my hair tied back, often not just a ponytail but also a bun. The straps had to be tugged every which way to adjust on the head correctly. I found that securing the chin first provided a snug water tight fit. The rest of the mask just positioned on its own after that. We did have nominal leaking when we first went underwater and discovered it was from putting our face in first looking down into the water. The mask works best if you slowly descend down into the water looking straight ahead. We both tried the mask in the water. There isn't enough room in the mask for eyeglasses, so keep that in mind. Also the mask would not be able to maintain the tight seal with the arms of the eyeglasses protruding from the mask. The mask functioned as promised with no air leaks while underwater and comfortable while worn. We used as a snorkel and did not dive far under water to test if the breathing tube would close up. Easy assembly with great directions (photos rather than text), works as advertised, comfortable to wear for a long time, watertight and snug without causing discomfort, I noticed a change in pressure when descending under the water causing discomfort in my ears. I have ear plugs so will need to use those next time. I'd recommend you get ear plugs. Fortunately not an issue with the nose because it is dry inside the mask. Strongly recommend. ... show more

I decided to give this mask a shot since it seemed like a good option for my wife and I. My wife can't use a traditional mask and snorkel to save her life. She always mages to end up with her snorkel under water. This mask completely solved that problem for her and she greatly enjoyed using it. I also wanted to try out a mask like this to see how it changed the field of view. The first time I dove with this mask on I was amazed by the full field of view. I love how well you can see out of this mask. Its also a little strange to snorkel with a mask like this and breath through your nose. Over all this mask is great. It works great for people like my wife who can't manage to use a regular snorkel and mask. She had no complaints using this mask. I was happy with her using this mask because we didn't have to constantly stop for her to adjust the mask or snorkel. The field of view made me wish this mask worked better for me. While this mask is great I found a few drawbacks. The first being that when you dive this mask will let in the slightest dribble of water every time you go under. The water runs down the front of the mask and collects over time. The water did not really become an issue until enough had accumulated I tried to clear the water out of the mask. You can't clear this mask like a traditional mask. Blowing out air does nothing because the air just pushes out of the snorkel at the top of the mask. Oddly enough the mask never fogged but I had issues from the amount of water in the mask splashing up messing with my vision. If I tried to pull the base of the mask away and exhale to clear the mask I just ended up with a flooded mask. Overall aside from those issues I really like this mask. I am not sure how well this would work in waves because of the way water dribbles in but in flat water its great. I think I could probably snorkel longer since this masks easier to breathe in but if you like to dive like I do this mask may not be the right solution. This mask works great for floating on the surface and observing but diving with this mask could be improved. The only reason I did not rate this mask five stars is because of how it can not be cleared without coming to the surface. ... show more

I hate your typical snorkel because it slowly fills up with water until it tries to make it impossible to use. So I was intrigued by this full face concept. It took a little getting used to - getting it on, getting the straps right, how it feels underwater - but once you do get the hang of it I really enjoyed using it. I didn’t get leaks (after I figured out the straps), I didn’t get water in the tube and it didn’t fog up. Would recommend! ... show more

Great mask for the price of $25. I used it in a pool for an afternoon and overall was impressed. The top valve isn't 100% perfect as with some other snorkels and does let some water in but it generally works. The bottom valve works great for clearing water that gets in. The clear plastic is well designed and I didn't notice any distortion as I looked around. The only issue I had was around my jaw line. Have a bit of a wide and square jaw and the lines of this mask are for rounder lines. So there were some pressure points. Overall, this is a solid 4-star mask.
