I purchased this as a gift. As items came out of the box I got concerned…the air pillows were flat and the accessories were falling out of the formed-plastic casing. Then the goggles came out. One lens is shattered and missing a chunk. My fingers are crossed that the unit is functional, but we won’t know until the tanks are filled. I will update when we find out, if that sort of thing is permitted. Update: In a previous update, I reported no one would fill the tanks because they weren’t certified. There are 2 acceptable certifications: DOT and UN (2006). The local shops have not kept up with the newer certs. We found an Airgas that filled them and now that they have an AIRGAS sticker, the local shops are fine with filling them. 🤷🏼♀️ It took so long to get this squared away, the project it was purchased for has pushed to the back burner so I still don’t know about functionality. The media could not be loaded. Very disappointed in the carrying case. The front door is secured with brad nails in plastic. This will never hold long term. It came out of the box with one side already opening up. See picture. You can see from the picture and video that the door will not close tight when the bottle is inserted. The bottle pushes the front panel/door open. I will need to place a strap around the whole thing to hold the door shut and keep it from eventually pushing the front open and letting the bottle fall out which is a safety concern. ... show more

I went to use the unit for the first time and found the acetylene regulator to be defective, did not register PSI. Difficult to contact Amazon to get a replacement acetylene regulator.
