My problem, like so many is not with a manufacturer but directly with amazon. They promise a deadline and don’t even ship within said deadlines, then they make it hard to get a refund or replacement leaving you weeks, months or years overdue on your maintenance or project or just going without the things you paid for! I want to know why the filters don't come in the factory box. It arrived unwrapped bouncing around in a cardboard box. Good way to get damaged or contaminated!
