heavy duty, Dropproof, Not true. whatsoever, first of all, when I dropped my phone ONCE, 2 feet from the ground, the screen completely popped off, the screen protector is so hard to place correctly along with the case itself, so it always made the surrounding screen protector pop off. Also, the case made it so whenever id text on messages, the screen would randomly go up.
