The actual product is amazing! The color is absolutely beautiful, it is very durable and i love the cleaning tools that came with it! I only have one complaint about the case, it doesn’t fit correctly for my airpods, it is slightly too small, otherwise it is amazing! The reason I have it 3 stars was because of the shipping, I needed this case asap as I had just gotten new airpods and was on vacation visiting family, it told me that i was going to get it when i needed it! But then the day it was supposed to get there it didn’t. The next day it said it was delayed by 2 days. Then 5 days. Then it said it was lost. By this time I had left to go home so it didn’t even matter anymore. However then the whole process to get a refund was extremely difficult! So overall, good product, but a very bad experience. ... show more
