Bought 2 bikes and one works but the pedal assist doesn't however not a big deal even though that isn't right or fair.....but the second bikes battery don't even charge only after a month or so.....that's a big problem so 2 purchases from this company one bike pedal assist doesn't work but doesn't really bother me still a defective item for being brand new but the other bike is useless without a battery and I know this because the 2 chargers both work for the bike with broken pedal assist however neither charger will charge the bike with dead battery cells!!! Sucks! It left me stranded miles away from my house _ I lost all respect and trust in this brand but honestly these bikes did make round trips over 15 miles each day with 0 issues and the other bike with defective pedal assist still does and I will change my review of they send me a replacemnet battery sonce it's been purchased less than 60 days I will update asap Other than what I mentioned they are reliable and get comments and super compact to maneuver and take up and down steps and very easy to travel on since they weave in & out of traffic and I'm 6ft and 220 lbs and it takes me up pretty big hills with no issues and just keeps driving and driving for miles & miles it feels like a commercial built bike to be honest ... show more

    • Practice makes perfect.
You need to practice first, I crashed it because I kept accidentally hitting the throttle when trying to stop. It did have a few scratches on the handle bars, but I didn't mind because they will be covered with things I will clip on the bars anyways. I thought there were real brake lights in the back as well. However, great quality. Please practice first and use caution it's not like a regular bike the motor is powerful and you will take off if you twist that throttle while trying to break so adjust your hand grip to a neutral position! ... show more

Just got my hands on this HiKeep e-bike and I'm pretty excited! Multiply shock absorption points looks amazing and very solid. The bike looks sleek and well-made right out of the box. Its compact design is perfect for taking it with you in a car every day. And with this portability, it offers a backspace for a kid in addition to a main driver - amazing! It was delivered to me within 7 days of my order, but I was not at home, it was delivered through a neighbor's signature. The installation video is on the Amazon page, and 90% is installed in advance, so all the installation work is done in 20 minutes (remember to prepare your pump in advance).
