I took it out for its first longer ride yesterday 15 miles, and found it very comfortable and fun to ride. I upgraded the seat to a more padded one and found having a mirror a real plus as I ride. The last few miles I used the total electric and used only one bar of battery power. I had been shopping for a while and decided on this bike due to its cost and the fact that it folds up. The set up of the bike out of the box was easy and I didn’t have any major problems. It’s rather heavy but a bike but I can still fold it by myself and put it in my hatch back and I’m not overly strong. Within a week I did notice some scraping near the back tire and the chain would keep slipping. I contacted the company and they were very responsive and nice. They had me take it to a nearby shop of my choice and not only refunded me completely for the shop bill but sent me the front basket for free. The bike now works perfect and is a lot of fun for my short commute to and from work. I plug it into an outlet at my work so no cost for me to charge the bike either. In the 8 miles round trip I’ve hardly noticed the battery drop and since I can charge it at work it always seems to stay at 4-5 bars of battery life. The direction r not step by step , theres no pictures to guide you even the video was hard to follow....the front end is very hard to follow....took it to my local bike shop that ive gone to for years...he stated that lots of poeple have had issue with this bike , it cost me another 150.00 dollars for them to put the bike together rt...it was worth it because i got it for my daugther who is off to college and freshmen can't have cars ...it was worth the money but i will buy a local one .....it works good its fun but i need more power ..i love that it folds up ...it saves space and fixes in the back of my car so it not easy to steal.....overall a good bike! ... show more

Good ebike, it's what I expected the instruction manual was terrible though just watch the assembly video on YouTube But otherwise a great but and definitely worth the price

The media could not be loaded. I tried for 12 days to resolve this but the seller assumes I'm the problem, not the poor instructions or missing parts. The bike is looses and dangerous at the handlebar. The bike does not fold in half. Seller has no solutions and refuses to return/pick up the bike. They act all friendly until their solutions don't work. They accused me of incompetence and not liking the color. I love the color and they just made that up without any reference. They claim to be in Texas but speak and write worse English than even the most uneducated Texan! I was polite for weeks but their rude email today made me decide to stop being Mr Nice Guy. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. And, my issues were noted by several other reviewers so believe them and me! ... show more

This Bike has cost me so much more money than what I purchased for. The bike is heavyyyyy. I'm 5'9 and I basically have to high-kick to get on and off the bike. Not cause of the seat or anything but its just a very high bike. I wanted to return the bike because i wanted it for commuting and the bike nearly died on me halfway -- to be safe I had to jump in an uber to get to work the rest of the way. I started the return process and after a little back and forth with the seller found out I need to pay for the returns. thats rounding out to be roughly 200$ since the bike is sooo heavy i cant carry it up my 5th floor walk up and had to rent a storage unit. The battery is nearly impossible to get out. the instructions manual is sooooo NOT helpful. like its abysmal. i had to try and find the youtube video and although it was a bit more helpful its just a man building it at high speed and i had go back a couple times. THE TOOLS that came with the bike BROKE while putting together the bike. The L key allen wrench that comes in the package was rounded out thats how hard i had to try to unscrew the bolts. Ended up having to take the bike to a bike shop for them to complete the set up. More payments. Overall kinda regret getting it. Will try and sell it nearby to avoid shipping charges. Only reason its not 0 stars is cause it does work - but idk i'd save up for something else. ... show more
