Never had this kind of bike before, so it took a day to get used to it and purchased one for my wife too. I took it out for its first longer ride yesterday 15 miles, and found it very comfortable and fun to ride. I upgraded the seat to a more padded one and found having a mirror a real plus as I ride. The last few miles I used the total electric and used only one bar of battery power. I was tired of the tall bikes that you have to lean forward on and wanted one that I could sit up and be comfortable. The thicker tires are nice makes the bike feel more stable. After researching other bike owners having their batteries stolen, having the battery built inside the bike was a plus. Great Bike! It was a great price, and it took me about 30 minutes to put the bike together. The written directions are not very clear. After I put my bike together, it took me about 15 minutes to put my wife together. I ended up starting from the back of the bike and working my way forward instead of putting the front end first. I’ve wanted a folding electric bike for a while. I have a few expensive regular sized electric bikes, and this one is fits in perfectly. Seems to be very well built and was very easy to assemble. It has more features than my current bikes (headlight, rear brake light, key and a grip throttle). I was worried about the weight since I live on the second floor, but the size of the bike and the handle on the frame makes it very easy to climb up a flight of stairs.     • Defective, missing parts, terrible assembly instructions, rude customer service. Don't buy!
The media could not be loaded. I tried for 12 days to resolve this but the seller assumes I'm the problem, not the poor instructions or missing parts. The bike is looses and dangerous at the handlebar. The bike does not fold in half. Seller has no solutions and refuses to return/pick up the bike. They act all friendly until their solutions don't work. They accused me of incompetence and not liking the color. I love the color and they just made that up without any reference. They claim to be in Texas but speak and write worse English than even the most uneducated Texan! I was polite for weeks but their rude email today made me decide to stop being Mr Nice Guy. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. And, my issues were noted by several other reviewers so believe them and me! ... show more

I had been shopping for a while and decided on this bike due to its cost and the fact that it folds up. The set up of the bike out of the box was easy and I didn’t have any major problems. It’s rather heavy but a bike but I can still fold it by myself and put it in my hatch back and I’m not overly strong. Within a week I did notice some scraping near the back tire and the chain would keep slipping. I contacted the company and they were very responsive and nice. They had me take it to a nearby shop of my choice and not only refunded me completely for the shop bill but sent me the front basket for free. The bike now works perfect and is a lot of fun for my short commute to and from work. I plug it into an outlet at my work so no cost for me to charge the bike either. In the 8 miles round trip I’ve hardly noticed the battery drop and since I can charge it at work it always seems to stay at 4-5 bars of battery life.
