I took it out for its first longer ride yesterday 15 miles, and found it very comfortable and fun to ride. I upgraded the seat to a more padded one and found having a mirror a real plus as I ride. The last few miles I used the total electric and used only one bar of battery power. I was tired of the tall bikes that you have to lean forward on and wanted one that I could sit up and be comfortable. The thicker tires are nice makes the bike feel more stable. After researching other bike owners having their batteries stolen, having the battery built inside the bike was a plus. Great Bike! It was a great price, and it took me about 30 minutes to put the bike together. The written directions are not very clear. After I put my bike together, it took me about 15 minutes to put my wife together. I ended up starting from the back of the bike and working my way forward instead of putting the front end first. I’ve wanted a folding electric bike for a while. I have a few expensive regular sized electric bikes, and this one is fits in perfectly. Seems to be very well built and was very easy to assemble. It has more features than my current bikes (headlight, rear brake light, key and a grip throttle). I was worried about the weight since I live on the second floor, but the size of the bike and the handle on the frame makes it very easy to climb up a flight of stairs. I had been shopping for a while and decided on this bike due to its cost and the fact that it folds up. The set up of the bike out of the box was easy and I didn’t have any major problems. It’s rather heavy but a bike but I can still fold it by myself and put it in my hatch back and I’m not overly strong. Within a week I did notice some scraping near the back tire and the chain would keep slipping. I contacted the company and they were very responsive and nice. They had me take it to a nearby shop of my choice and not only refunded me completely for the shop bill but sent me the front basket for free. The bike now works perfect and is a lot of fun for my short commute to and from work. I plug it into an outlet at my work so no cost for me to charge the bike either. In the 8 miles round trip I’ve hardly noticed the battery drop and since I can charge it at work it always seems to stay at 4-5 bars of battery life. I purchased this bike for myself to carry my six and four year old boys when we go to the beach. I looked at just about every ebike on Amazon and decided on this one in green. Although this is my first e-bike, I’ve built several bikes over the years and have ridden since I was in college. If you know anything about putting a bike together, want a straight forward e-bike that has decent power, this is a good option. Took me about 30 minutes from opening the box to torquing down the final bolt. The fit and finish is excellent, the bike feels extremely solid, and was exactly what I needed from a sub $600 bike. The battery is fine if your rides are less than 15 miles with yourself and your passengers. The power is adequate and given I ride with my kids and is great for a starter e-bike. Another reason I chose this e-bike was that it was NOT a step through and the rear rack was thick and looked like it could hold a rear seat, which I added. I also added a center seat that rests on the main frame between my legs for my youngest so all three of us could ride together. I’m 6’2” around 200 lbs and the bike fits/holds all three of us really well. Compared to the $1,300 plus cargo bikes, you can get a similar setup for half the cost if you are somewhat capable. I’d buy this again, and will update if anything changes over the summer. UPDATE: August 3, 2024 - now 3 stars I’ve had the bike one full week and the left brake lever broke that controls the front disk brake. I’m not referring to the cable, I mean the actual lever within it pivots within the housing. I’m glad the kids weren’t with me because I essentially had no front brakes which is a majority of your stopping power on a bike this size. I hope it’s a one off. I’m going to contact the manufacturer to see if they can send a replacement and update customer service. Unusable at the moment. ... show more

Go to u tube for assembly the instructions are vague no where does it show where the key goes or how to remove the battery the u tube video is a life saver! The bike is very heavy and doesn't say what it weighs I needed something that was easy to put in my trunk this is way to heavy and big but I'm stuck with it now don't get me wrong it is well built but for a much younger and stronger person ... show more
